もみじおろし
Nice smell of rice, different from fruit. It smells and tastes like eating fine rice. Sweet and crisp, it is very tasty on its own or with a meal. There is almost no bitterness, and the impression is of strong acidity. It has a strong acidity. A-4

It had a very fruity heady aroma, and I expected sweetness typical of kijo-zake, but it had a strong bitterness that lingered on the palate. When it was heated up a little, the bitterness faded and sweetness appeared. B-3

The first shot of the New Year! AKABU Junmai Daiginjo🍶! The aroma and taste are very mild. The moment you taste it, it has a slight tanginess that is typical of AKABU, and it also has a citrusy flavor. It is not as sharp as junmai sake. Junmai sake is probably the best AKABU sake, but not necessarily the most expensive. But, as I found out after comparing them, AKABU is generally tasty. A-3

もみじおろし
Pineapple-like sweetness and aroma. Very sweet, but with a clean aftertaste that doesn't leave a bad taste in the mouth. Almost no alcohol taste! You can drink it easily. I can't believe that this was born from a mistake. It tastes so good. I couldn't help but go out and buy a second bottle the next day. If the recovery from the mistake was this good, the others must be good, too! Next year, I will definitely drink the "Dawn of Sakasui". No, but Dawn is expensive... I guess I'll start with the regular one.., S-4.5

もみじおろし
Ripe melon-like top notes. It is extremely fruity. When you drink it, a fresh sweetness like muscat fills your mouth, followed by the mellow aroma of melon. There is a slight alcohol aftertaste, which is a negative, but it is more than compensated for by the great taste. The fact that it is not so expensive is also good! A-4

First doburoku. The aroma is very fruity. The scum-like texture of doburoku is a little unpleasant if you are not used to it, but it is very tasty with a sweet and sour taste like strawberries. It has a strong sweetness in the mouth, but the aftertaste is more sour than sweet. A very interesting sake. A-4

The fizz is so strong that if you are not careful when opening the bottle, it may overflow and spill all of the wine. It is dry with little aroma or sweetness, and has a bitter aftertaste. The package is nice! C-3

もみじおろし
As described, it has a thick mouthfeel. However, it is doubtful if it has fruitiness. There is no peachiness, a strong unpleasant alcohol taste after swallowing, and a bitter taste that interferes with the sweetness. D-1.5

もみじおろし
Aroma is good, taste is fair, 1,000 yen per 1 square kilo. Although it has some alcohol and stimulation, it is the strongest in terms of cost performance. It is about a quarter of the price of most sake at this price! Would you pay four to five times the price to drink it? Don't you think a gin-pack would do the trick?" This is the standard by which we evaluate other sake.

It is refreshing but sweet. I think the tingling sensation became stronger as the day went on. The tingling sensation is stronger on the tongue and throat, I bought it because of the cute name, but it is quite tasty. I want to try other ones. A-3

C-5 Tasty! But expensive! But I don't regret buying it! Not too sweet like Mio, not as thin as Argo, and with the taste of sake, but with the right amount of sparkling stimulation and freshness! I wish they would make it in larger quantities and make it a little cheaper!

Is it more refreshing than Kuroryu Kijoshu? Does it taste a little different? No? But still, kijoshu is delicious! Is it because it is not the first time for you to be less impressed? A-4.5

A-4.5 There are three other varieties with different rice, but this Hitachi-nishiki one is still delicious! Personally, I prefer Hitachi-nishiki. The cost is a little low, but the taste is very satisfying.
