When I first tried it as a hiya, I felt a bit of alcohol in the throat, so I tried it again with the recommended lukewarm temperature... it was beautifully mellow and the sweetness and umami increased❗️. (- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀. The aroma is mild🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌. I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.

This is a unit work of three breweries in Joetsu: Katafune (Takeda Sake Brewery), Koshiji-no-Kenbai (Kubiki Shuzo), and Chiyonomitsu (Chiyonomitsu Sake Brewery). Kura-kept yeast, fresh yeast, and shibari. The proprietor introduced that there is a new trial in Niigata as well. Delicious! It starts with a light sweetness, followed by acidity and a sharp bitterness. This complexity is good. I couldn't take my eyes off of the sake from Joetsu. There is a recommendation from Takeda Shuzo on the back label, which is also interesting.

Classic delicious taste, came out at room temperature. Probably tastes good chilled. Slightly dry. Mellow sake. We had it at Niigata Sammai Koshinokura Yukikuni Shoten @ KITTE Osaka. Daiginjo and Kubiki Wakimizu are also sold at the store, and I stocked up on Kubiki, a fire-brewed sake, which is not easily found in Osaka. I stocked up on some fire-brewed sake, which is not easy to find in Osaka, and I had to reduce the amount of fire-brewed sake. I don't have a picture, but I tried Bon Sensei and Dragon Water at HOKURIKU+ on the same floor, and they were also delicious. I think Fukui sake breweries are very good at using Gohyakumangoku.

Ying Ying Doburoku Pink is more of an "adult sweet sake" than a "sake" 🍓. The smooth texture is thick and the sweet and sour taste is reminiscent of strawberry yogurt. The alcohol content is 9%, but if you are not careful, it will catch you off guard. If you try to pair it with a meal, doburoku-sama will try to steal the main role, so be careful. This is a dessert sake to be enjoyed by itself. It is a dessert sake to be enjoyed on its own. It is a heresy that doesn't fit into the sake category, but I don't hate it 🌸.

This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. From the name and the image on the label, I somehow imagined it to be light and dry, but when I tried it, it was completely different.
