First doburoku.
The aroma is very fruity.
The scum-like texture of doburoku is a little unpleasant if you are not used to it, but it is very tasty with a sweet and sour taste like strawberries. It has a strong sweetness in the mouth, but the aftertaste is more sour than sweet.
A very interesting sake.
