Sashimi at the Misaki Port restaurant.
The tuna, of course, was delicious 🥰.
The story and the pictures are a bit off though 😜.
Good evening, Takashi!
Another enjoyable banquet: ⤴️
I had this one when I went on a short trip to Shiga Prefecture, and I remember it was a bit dry 😲.
The snacks look delicious too 🤤🤤.
Good evening, ma-ki!
I think this restaurant has a decent selection of sake, including some I haven't tried, but I think most of the sake was dry to match the fish and not to interfere with it. I think they had a lot of dry sake to go with the fish and not to interfere with it.
I had too much fun drinking as usual 🤣.
Recently, a local liquor store in my neighborhood started carrying the Ninja series.
I would love to try this new brand...........................
The combination of 310 yeast and the blue bottle smells dangerous.
Beyond the capsule-like aroma, there is also a hint of hiney aroma.
Dark sweetness and mild body.
Hine aroma with chocolate richness. ・・・・
It's a waste of good rice (Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa)!
Let's cool it down and match it with strong smelling snacks!

ninja (persons in feudal Japan who used ninjutsu for fighting ninjutsu)
Kouga reads "Kouka".
Iga is "iga". I didn't know that.
The name derives from the fact that Koka City in Shiga Prefecture, where the brewery is located, is known as the home of ninja.
I thought it would be my usual Shiboritate Sukkiri, but it was totally different! It was a very peculiar and bitter type. It's been a while since I drank something like this.
Sake from Shiga started to be handled at a liquor store in my neighborhood
Ninja because it is a sake brewery in Koka City? I see.
Dry jungin made with luxurious Bizen Omachi.
Lightly dainty with a grapefruit peel aroma.
The mouthfeel is softly sweet and juicy.
The aftertaste is dry and astringent.
I would like to match it with rich dishes.
This one was also unique in cold storage.
