This is my tour a while ago.
Sawanotsuru, Akashi Tai, and then Okufuji, which I had always wanted to visit.
It was a long way, but a bottle bought at the brewery is very special~!
My favorite was "Yasubei". I drank it in Sannomiya before.
However, I couldn't find it when I looked for it.
I asked the woman at the brewery. She told me, "That's PB. This Yamahai is it," she told me.
I tasted it.
Hmmm? It was different from the Yasubei I drank at Sannomiya.
I remember it was quite rich. This one is not that much. However, this is the only bottle of Yamahai Junmai.
The response to an unexpected event is to return to a blank slate, lol.
As a result, I made this choice.
Bon appétit!
It has a slightly nice aroma.
It is smooth and soft when you include it. If anything, it is a modern sake. I felt a touch of astringency at the end. It was very delicious and easy to drink!
I would like to visit this sake brewery again in the cooler season.
I will have it for the first time. It is a sake from Ako, Hyogo.
The color is a light amber. It is mellow.
It has a sweetness reminiscent of ripe fruit juice.
It has a rich mouthfeel, but it is refreshing.
It is very tasty! It may be good on the rocks.
After visiting Okayama, he stopped by Ako and bought it at the brewery.
There is a museum in the brewery where you can browse through an illustrated book of old sake brands, including Gokurakutombo, Seikin Musume, Demicho (Gunkoku Masamune before the war 😳), and other sake with strange names. By the way, all of them were sake breweries in Hyogo 😅.
Gifu's Kikugawa and Nippon Seishu (Chitotsuru) also had their breweries in Nada 🤔.
It had a solid taste like a model of Honjozo type raw sake, which made me feel at ease.
It was probably the best Chushingura sake I've ever had!
I went to Ako to get a stamp of Ako Castle. It has a unique flavor, but I personally feel that the flavor does not lead to good taste.
Personally, I am a little disappointed.
The oysters in Ako were the best in my life! LOL!
#Drinking at home
Mild and well-stocked taste.
There is almost no pungency, and it is mild from beginning to end.
It has a hint of Yamahai, but it is not bothersome.
Cold sake is good, but it is also good warmed or at room temperature.
Purchased at a sake brewery on the way back from a visit to Ako Onsen.
The name "47" is a reference to the Chushingura and Ako Ronin (47😄).
By the way, the rice polishing ratio is also 47😙.
The fact that it is all in order is cute.
The taste is clean and fruity.
Near the sake brewery is a store called Sakarita.
The corn part is made of Aragosta dough like a croissant,
The raw milk soft serve ice cream was delicious. ❤️
