My sister and her husband brought me a bottle of Okutanba as a celebratory sake. You can feel the sweetness of the rice in the beginning, but it changes to a dry taste in the middle to the end. The sake my sister and her husband served me at New Year's was so good that I decided to pick up another brand from the same brewery. Okutanba Junmai Ginjo. This is Yamana Shuzo's regular sake.
