This is the first time to visit this brewery. It is Toruyoemon Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu. It has a delicious acidity. It is a delicious sake with a fresh, crisp taste and good acidity 😋🍶🎶.

This brewery was said to be a heretic in Iwate Prefecture, which is known for its sweet sake.
The sake brewery's acidic sake was not accepted, but on the contrary, it became popular outside the prefecture and was "reimported" into Iwate (lol).
