Today's pairing? I'm going to Paulaner for an Oktoberfest and then Kenrishi for a hot sake.
For entrée, I'll have stir-fried lebanila and fried squid.
After that, I'd like to finish it off with my favorite shellfish.
A stable pine tree in the back.
A favorite since I lived in Koriyama City.
It is quite high up on the list of sake that can be drunk at this price.
The water is good, I guess.
Yagenankotsu (dried young sardines) and shiitake mushrooms.
Plus, I had some ikawasa (squid and wasabi) for a little extravagance.
I tried not to drink too much, and headed off to work tomorrow.
Another Kembishi.
I used to think that sake should be served cold, but I decided that I am a sake drinker only if I accept everything, so I am drinking this Kenrishi, hot.
I'm a person who has been drinking a lot of it, and for some reason it was Kembishi, and because my father used to drink it.
When it's hot, it's mild, mild.
It doesn't make you a drinker, but it makes you a sake lover.
Seriously, mild.
I drink it cold, but from now on, sometimes I'll drink it hot.
No "it's going to get hot from now on...".
Bought it at the supermarket, losing out on the unfiltered.
It is a little bit schwaty.
And I think it is a little strong. I drink it while eating kanpyoumaki.
Sake Festival Japan in Ueno Park🍶.
But what is it?
I don't know if they are not used to festivals or not, but they are using tiny plastic cups. No place to wash them.
The tickets were also kind of hard to use.
Beer and Oktoberfest would flow better.
Chiebijin.
This is not wine, though I can see that it is inspired by wine.
But it has the atmosphere of wine.
But sorry.
I drank it not in a wine glass but in my own cup.
Okunomatsu, a sake from Fukushima Prefecture, for a drink at home from the Ueno Sakura Fest.
Tomorrow is my day off too.
Wife's purse, I'll buy sake 🍶.
At Ueno Sakura Festa.
As a resident of Fukushima Prefecture, I can't stop drinking!
It's still going on tomorrow, so I hope you'll go and have a drink.
600 yen for a set of purely comparative drinks is inexpensive!
Keep up the good work Fukushima~‼️
I used to drink Okunomatsu when I lived in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture.
I saw it at one supermarket and bought it immediately.
This is a new sake, but it is still the same.
It is a good sake to drink at night.
I was going to open it tomorrow, but I drank too much Wakakoma and ran out, so I opened it.
Sharaku, no doubt.
However, I think Wakakoma tasted stronger than Sharaku.
I will buy both again after the new year!
Of the two bottles I purchased, this is the one I have today.
I've had it before, but it seemed stranger than the banana feeling.
Now, I'll have it with motsu nabe (hot pot with vegetables).
Does it go well with leek?
Many people may think that sake bought at the supermarket is, you know, good sake.
You mean you have the right taste?
I like the Three Hundred Years of Breaking the Code series 👍.
Maybe it's rude to call it a series.
Sorry 🙏.
It's delicious... 👍
I'll buy it again!
I bought it to match the sushi I bought at the supermarket.
I say "matched", but it doesn't mean that it is a good match.
It was my first time to buy this sake, so in a sense, I thought it would be a good match 😅.
In fact, I drank it while eating.........................................
It went well........
I've had a lot of sake, so I doubt my memory, but this may be the first time I've had sake from Ishikawa Prefecture.
Have you ever had it?
Seriously, I don't know, I'm drunk.
I've never had a Houou Mita before, opened the bottle~.
As the description says, it's kinda, kinda creamy.
It's strange.
Is it competing with Senkou as a sake from Tochigi prefecture?
I guess they are growing up together rather than competing with each other.
My wife asked me to buy a bottle of Chiebijin on repeat because the label was so strong for a sake that it caught my eye.
If it said "Unfiltered Nama Sake" on the label, I would buy it!
It's a four-pack bottle, though.
It's a four-pack bottle, but it has a strong flavor, perhaps because most of the sake I've had recently has been fruity and easy to drink. I mean that in a good way!
I don't know, but they use all kinds of rice.
If it tastes good, no problem. ‼️‼️‼️
Chiebijin.
From the name of the first landlady.
Chiebijin is a soft drink, as shown by the hiragana, which gives a softer impression than the kanji.
I started drinking it last night after having a glass of wine at Saizeria, so my intake was small.
I can't believe I can drink sake from Oita Prefecture.
More and more people drink sake, so we live in an age where we can drink from many different regions.
It's getting to be a good time.
Chiebijin is a good sake.
