Since it's spring🌸, I think I'll have another bottle of sake with spring in it.
I bought a bottle of Shunshin by Nishide Sake Brewery in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
I've been curious about this sake for a while but never got around to it.
I will have it with boiled flounder 🙏.
I thought it might be a bit strong, but it wasn't. It has a nice richness, sweetness, acidity, and a mellow feeling 😆.
It's a bit like a lighter version of Tamagawa.
As the label says, I preferred it at room temperature rather than chilled 👍
