It's getting cold, so I heated up some Kenrishi today and served cabbage with iburigakko (pickled ginger). Cabbage with iburigakko instead of mayonnaise is a bit of a luxury 😆. I've come to think that heated sake is not so bad these days. But still, this one is so soft and fluffy!
