Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇

We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. It's rich and dry. The rich taste in the mouth and the long lingering spiciness are exquisite. I think it's a very cost effective sake.

This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles. The rest of the land is used for convenience stores, Marugame Seimen noodles, etc. Now they are brewing in a rented part of Hakutsuru Brewery. I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. Long time no post! Took me a while to drink 2 squares 🤣. I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. I let it sleep in the refrigerator. The price was 1,396 yen (720ml) I'll be back soon! I love the fruity scent💕. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's a good sake that's easy to drink, but you can still taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. It's a dangerous sake for someone like me who is weak in alcohol. Today's pairing is Daikon and Chicken Teriyaki. It's good as a single item, but it's also recommended as a sake for a meal. Hiyaoroshi is the best👍.
