On the last day of the consecutive holidays, I felt like Fukuoka all at once from Akita!
We enjoyed Fukuoka sake with motsu nabe and mentaiko (cod roe) as a side dish.
The sake was well chilled and refreshing, with a crisp and refreshing taste.
