My health checkup is over.
If I wanted to drink it heated, I would end up with Kenrishi.
Still haven't learned enough?
I'm going to enjoy it with sashimi.
I have work tomorrow.
But I think heating sake makes it deeper.
If you want to drink it heated, it's a good, cheap sake 🍶.
Recently, I've been into "silent harmony" - the ultimate sense of harmony between the food and the sake, with a pleasant aftertaste. Fresh sake and other reset-type sake do not suit my taste buds, so I am having a hard time with this new sake season. Tonight's dish is spring rolls. The candidates are Kikuhime, Hanagaki, Drunken Whale, Kenrishi, and Tobiroki 3-year aged sake. The Kembishi was closest to the darkest, not too dark, and I preferred it lukewarm, lower than body temperature.
How to drink:Room temperature
Aroma: This is the first time I have smelled it. It is very difficult to describe, but it smells more like shochu than sake.
Taste: Dry. It tastes sweet for a moment when swallowed, but it does not linger in the mouth. I think it is one of the driest sake I have ever tasted.
HYOKO SAKE EXPO 2024 Report 8📝.
The last one was Mizuho from Kenbishi, which I had put off until later when I could drink it anytime.
It was a little lighter in the mouthfeel than the normal, but the robust aftertaste made me realize that it is still a Kenrishi.
This concludes my review of the HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024.
I was happy to drink something I don't usually buy ✨.

This is the second day in a row of Kenrishi.
Yesterday, I drank it at room temperature, but today, I drank it heated!
I'm going to work tomorrow, but I'm not going to stop drinking it.
Regular kenrishibai is the best in terms of cost performance, but when it is heated up, it has an umami flavor that is hard to describe.
Thank you, Mr. Kenshyo, for everything! You can raise the price more: ☺️
This is my favorite Kenrishi (regular type).
I didn't expect to be able to buy it at 30% off at a supermarket! I think it was about 1,400 yen, a bargain!
I love the sense of maturity in Kenrishi. Today is the day it was uncorked, so I served it at room temperature!
Even if you don't heat it up, it's still a great sake. The best high-cost sake.
I look forward to heating it up next time. ☺️
