Here's a post about a sake I had a while ago! I was so busy drinking our family's favorite sake, Seimasamune, that I failed to upload it 💦. Delicious 😍It has the same glutinous rice flavor as last year 🥰The test brew of Seimasamune that we drank before the festival carp was more sweet. This one also has a nice balance of sourness and bitterness❤️ raw power can also be felt. I gave it to a friend of mine who loves to drink, and she was very happy to hear that she drank it with her daughter at night, and that she had never tasted a sake with such a flavor before 🩷. This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai. The packaging was very careful and excellent. The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries. The refreshing sweetness and acidity are pleasant. The final taste is bitter. I have the impression that Miyamanishiki and other sake I have had in the past were sweeter.
