I'm having it again today, Hana-buki,
It is a very good sake for me, with a very rice-like texture, like a dumpling made of mashed rice!
I'm going to stock up on more soon!
I went to buy Shinkame because we ran out of stock, and I met President Shinkame at Nishizawa and he told me many stories about sake, which I enjoyed very much!
I was told that something peculiar goes well with it. When heated, it tastes like the rice itself, different from Shinkame or Yamadanishiki, which is also interesting!

The taste and aroma spread out when it was heated up, and it was completely different!
I can't describe it in one word, and I can't speak for myself, so if you haven't tried it yet, please give it a try!
Anyway, it is a very good sake!
