Purchased at Kamaya Sake Shop in Kazo City. When I visited Kamaya (Kisai, Kazo City) at a previous brewery opening, I also bought some Kameko-Kabishi, a sake from a nearby brewery, because it was recommended to me! (According to what I was told, although they brew very good sake, it is difficult to find a successor and they could go out of business at any time.)
The first sip had a gorgeous impression, but then the bitterness and umami also started to rise, and finally it became dry. It was a complex flavor that seemed to have all the taste elements of sake condensed.
It was a complex sake with all the elements of sake concentrated. It had a strong sake flavor and was well integrated, making it a highly complete sake. The alcohol content was over 17 and under 18 degrees Celsius, so it had a strong alcohol taste!
There were other sake rice varieties (such as Sake Musashi and Yamadanishiki), so I would like to try those as well.
Charcoal Bar Ajito
I found myself drinking in the Kanto region three times in a row.
◉Kameko Hanabishi Miyamanishiki Nakatori Junmai Nama-nazake
The sweet and umami flavors are felt mixed together from the beginning, with a complex taste, followed by sourness and fullness. The richness from the umami and complexity gives it a slightly rustic feel.
I remember a few good tasting favorite sakes, but the one I order is a sake I've never had that I don't know if it tastes good.
On this day, the store is busy and thriving!
Everyone is busy.
With your permission, I would like to ask you to take out anything you like from the cold storage on this day, too!
This pink bottle 🩷.
I wondered if I've had it before, but I'll have it!
I got it exactly one year ago when Mr. Fukurokuju was being filmed for TV.
I was also in it for a bit 🤏.
It was a full-bodied, heavy sake just like my impression at that time 🍶.
I asked for the seasonal sashimi of the autumn swordfish, and they also added a sashimi of squid, which is also a recent high-end seafood 🍶.
Thank you, thank you 🥲.
a great deal of knowledge
Rice: Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 17-18
Thank you for your choice of sake from Saitama. I have only had Kameko-Hanabishi once myself, but I would like to try this pink label. Sake 🍶 is good for autumn swordfish and squid sashimi 😁.
Thank you for your comment, Tasake for my first sake. I don't get many chances to drink turtle shell Hanabishi, but this pink label actually gave me a pineapple feeling when I slowly sipped and swallowed it. I love Saitama sake ❤️🫶😊

A gentle sake with a simple, robust flavor.
This sake teaches us that it is very important to be casually delicious in this way.
