We had some local sake at a ryokan (Japanese inn) in Shima Onsen. Slightly mellow, slightly dry. It leaves a strong aftertaste. The food at the ryokan is always too much for my small appetite.
Local sake at a hot spring ryokan in Oita. It was hard to tell because I was drunk, but it was thick, slightly dry, and left a strong aftertaste. But it is easy to drink and delicious.
1 cup/100 yen at a local sake shop in Sendai Station. I've had Urakasumi before, but this is my first time drinking No.12. It is crisp, dry, and delicious!
