At home. Nara Sake without permission, 12th stage ~‼️ Kubo Honke, a long-established sake brewery in Uda City, Nara Prefecture ~ ‼️ Hatsukasumi and this Soriryu are famous brands. The baseball club team that my sons took care of when they were in junior high school was located in Uda, and this is a nostalgic place where we used to go every weekend. We used to pass by the brewery we visited this time, but this is the first time we visited there. It is called "Sake Brewery Street," but it is really a quiet street. And the taste of the sake.... There is not much aroma, and although you can feel the alcohol in your mouth, the dryness is not so high and the sake is easy to drink. I imagined it would be a dry sake for the experts because it is from a long-established sake brewery, but to my surprise, it is moderately drunk and has a refreshing taste. It is not flashy, but it is a good sake. ‼️

Tasted here also at Hankyu Department Store. Junmai Ginjo-shu made with Kuzuryu. It is a refreshingly dry sake, but has a sweet and fruity taste. This time I bought a bottle of unfiltered raw sake made with Jinryoku.

Tasted at Umeda Hankyu Department Store. The rice was said to be Gohyakumangoku. The quality of the sake is clean and refreshing for hiyaoroshi. It is easy to drink without a sense of maturity. As the person in charge said, it is a quiet type of sake, so I think it is suitable for a mealtime drink.

It looks like all of them use locally grown rice, as did the two types of Kitanosho I posted the other day. It seems that only Ryu-ryoku and Koko use Jinryoku all the time. I'm sure there are other places like Okura that use it for single use. When I tasted it, my impression was that it was quite sweet and the second half was heavy, but it was smoky and the flavor of the rice came through with a bang. It has a strong bitterness at the end. It is not the type of sake I would drink on its own, so I will have to wait and see. I don't think it should be chilled too much. If you like Shimane or Tottori area sake, this would be good for you. I think it has a quality of sake that would not be affected by letting it sit for a while. There are glimpses of sweetness and a fruity atmosphere, but I wonder if it's basically more of a classic. Is it a multi-faceted, multi-personality sake?

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

I was in Akashi on a business trip 🚄 First time I got off at Nishi-Akashi and had local sake heated with Akashiyaki 🐙 which I haven't had in a super long time. It feels spicy at first but the sweetness comes later 😯 Surprisingly, I like it a lot 😊. I'll drink it again when I go back to Akashi 😁.

Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki. Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir. The aroma is wonderful. It's Adohadari in Kamekichi 🐢. Please ask chika what "Ado Hadari" means 😊 lol The top aroma is slightly fruity. In the mouth it has a rich, juicy sweetness and a full-bodied flavor for an Aomori sake. A must have for those who love Nama sake 😋. I've only had Kamekichi's sharp junmai sake, so I was disappointed in a good way. It was delicious 🐢✨️

I'm late to the party, but I'll be there❣️. This is a lightly nigorized version of another brand of Nara Kashiba's famous sake "Okura", Kinko❗️. I'm not sure what to make of it. On a cold day like this, I thought heated sake was the way to go, so here it is. It got a little too hot, but it was delicious after it cooled down. It smells like cedar barrels.
