While the refreshing mouthfeel was the basic tone of the wine, it seemed that with each successive sip, the slightly gloomy fruity atmosphere and the aromatic rice aroma grew stronger.
This is the limit of my writing ability, but in any case, I am certain that this sake is worth more than its price tag!
Slightly sweet and tart. Slightly sweet with a hint of sourness.
It is not too sweet and does not assert itself in a good sense, so it can be enjoyed as a food sake.
Musashi tasted a sake from Kazo.
The taste is quite rich and sweet.
The sweet and dewy extract spreads in the mouth.
It was a very tasty sake with a good drinking experience.
Alcohol content is high at 17-18 degrees. Nourishing and initially light and spicy. I feel like I'm being told to drink it slowly. When warmed up and served with salty snacks, it has a wonderful flavor! It is round and graceful. It is round and gentle, with a nourishing flavor that backs up the umami that has emerged. It is a good sake!
Aroma of thick mirin and vegetable strains.
The richness of the rice is contained, and the taste is powerful with sweetness.
The alcohol is hot and spicy.
Slight bitterness at the end.
Excellent with yellowtail and radish (forgot to take a picture lol).
A sake that is delicious with food.
It will be delicious even if the temperature is raised.
The degree of liking ☆3/5
Risso's dolphin (Grampus griseus)
Smells sweet like ink. Soft in the mouth, spicy when drunk. Dry taste. When warmed, the slight sweetness and sourness of the aftertaste stand out, making it even more delicious.
One of two sake breweries in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture. We bought it at the liquor store nearest to the brewery. Since it was New Year's Eve, we only had a chance to look around the brewery, but it is possible to buy sake at the brewery if you call in advance and let them know what sake you want.
