Nakamura Kamekichi Corporation is located in Kuroishi City. This is a brewery that I had never heard of, as Tsugaru's local sake is relatively rare in other prefectures. Representative brands are Kamekichi and Tamadare.
◉Kamekichi Special Junmai Dry Sake
The standard, mildly umami taste, with a clean finish that is not too assertive. It is not too spicy.
◉Kamekichi Junmai Ginjo
Slightly sweet aroma, sweet and sour aftertaste, with a slight yoghurt-like acidity.
The label makes it sound like a shochu, but it is a very tasty sake.
