It's completely different from the Kamisen I drank before, but it doesn't have sweetness. ⁉️ But when I warmed it up, the astringent and bitter corner was removed and sweetness could be felt. ☆☆ A glass of cold sake The moment you pour it, it's an amber color 👀. The first aroma of maturity from the brewery on the palate. And as the temperature rises It's exactly like a Mitarashi dumpling 🍡. It's not so much sweet and spicy as it is deliciously sweet and spicy... You can't stop drinking it if you leave it alone. It's absolutely delicious warmed up too🍀* 🍀* ゚ It's like leaving a two ranks higher "Tanrei Dry Daiginjo" unattended... It's like the umami has increased ⬅Look back on it later and you'll see 🤔⁉️ Then warmed it up... 40-50 degrees, the sweetness goes up a lot. Above 50 degrees, the pungency of the alcohol also comes out. I think I like it best cold (28 degrees). ☆ The "Not Enough Series!" The first sip is served at room temperature 🙏. It's junmai, but it's as sweet as junmai daiginjo! Elegant sweetness as if the rice has been polished ❗ The second sip has a bitter taste. Benten Musume is recommended to be heated up to room temperature. but this is delicious enough at room temperature 😋. I compared it with Sanin Togo's Yamadanishiki R2BY Namaishiki Junmai 60%. It's totally different 🌈 I've been drinking various kinds of sake for about 2 years. Tottori sake has the aroma of each brewery. I think the Tottori sake has the aroma of each brewery added to it. Just by taking a sip I can tell which brewery it's from just by taking a sip. I know the depth of sake... I'm not sure if it's a good idea to drink it cold or not. The original sake is high spec so it is still delicious. ☆ It just happened to be there. I compared it with Kiku-Masamune's Kamisen ❗ The Shochiku Ume was sweeter and the Kiku-Masamune was more sour. The Kikumasamune had a sour taste, while the Shochikuume was sweeter. So, as a "series of not yet fully savored" ❗ I'll check in from time to time ❗ My impression right after opening the package Sourness in the unique aroma and chemical taste is bothersome. I don't know the brewing year, but there is a little yellowish taste Maybe it's unfiltered which could be the cause 🤔💭... ⬇addendum (2024.12.20) Chemical taste is reduced and sourness is coming out...
