star Sake is recommended to be served at room temperature or warmed up. I had it chilled first 🍶-. I thought it would be heavy because it's junmai, but... But it wasn't. It was very easy to drink. It has a good balance of five tastes and you can easily enjoy it. It was an honestly delicious sake ❗😋. I would like to try the rest at room temperature to warmed sake. It is recommended to be heated. I tried it cold, but I think it tastes better hot. I think it tasted good 🍀. ⋆⋆ It tastes too good to drink cold. I don't know if it's because of the 45% polished rice ratio, but it's the most expensive Kume-zakura I've ever had. I've never had such a luxurious taste before! I can feel the umami near my eyebrows at the base of my nose. ⬇ Postscript (2025.08.18) Cold in midsummer (room temperature in the 28 degree Celsius range) in a wine glass... I don't remember it tasting like this 🤔⁉️ because it's a completely different way of drinking. I'm getting a W. ☆ When it was still hot I found a SALE at a liquor store on SNS I went there but it was already too late... The one I wanted was sold out😭 After looking around and wondering what to buy I had never had Okayama sake even though it's in a neighboring prefecture 💖. Gozenshu (Tsuji Honten) had 3 kinds of sake Bodai-moto Gorigori Sake Hi-ire, which I had often seen. I was afraid to try it because I was afraid to drink it........ It was sold out on the net and I felt it was rare. So I chose the most affordable one, the ︎︎🍀* Lady Cassin. I bought it even though I knew I don't like raw sake. It's only the Japanese who can't help but think it looks delicious if it has the word "Nama" on it. It's completely different from the Kamisen I drank before, but it doesn't have sweetness. ⁉️ But when I warmed it up, the astringent and bitter corner was removed and sweetness could be felt. I could feel the sweetness too🍀*゚ I've been drinking it while thinking about it. If you're having trouble deciding, maybe it's better to warm it up. ☆☆ A glass of cold sake The moment you pour it, it's an amber color 👀. The first aroma of maturity from the brewery on the palate. And as the temperature rises It's exactly like a Mitarashi dumpling 🍡. It's not so much sweet and spicy as it is deliciously sweet and spicy... You can't stop drinking it if you leave it alone. It's absolutely delicious warmed up too🍀* 🍀* ゚ It's like leaving a two ranks higher "Tanrei Dry Daiginjo" unattended... It's like the umami has increased ⬅Look back on it later and you'll see 🤔⁉️ Then warmed it up... 40-50 degrees, the sweetness goes up a lot. Above 50 degrees, the pungency of the alcohol also comes out. I think I like it best cold (28 degrees).
