☆☆ Today is Saturday's Eel Day... We mistakenly thought it was the day of the Ox, so it's an eel... We had a drinking comparison 🥹💖 of Imadaiji Sake Brewery, famous for "Nishikigoi" (Nishikigoi carp) I drank a bottle of Junmai first. It's a very fruity impression even though it's from Niigata and I think I like it 🍶. I still can't open a bottle of Nishikigoi because I'm too poor... 🐟... As you drink it (Junmai -> Junmai Ginjo -> Junmai Daiginjo) I have the impression that the concentration becomes lighter and more aromatic. Thank you for your comment, Kikushika of Windy Island🎶I think the word "sweet and sour" applies even as it is‼️I don't like sweet so I drink it as a lemon sour😊It will be like a 🍋sour even without fresh lemon. ☘️
