☆. One of two more bottles of sake to be decluttered‼️ Today was lucky because there was crab🦀 in the Yose-nabe 😁✌️ It's very temperature sensitive and each of us felt differently. ☆☆ The information I got was that it was fruity and sweet. I got a tasting glass ready for me 🍷. When I turned the cap, I got a "pshhhh" sound. When I poured it, it was cloudy and bubbly... I was a little surprised. The aroma is sour and the taste is very acidic and slightly stimulating on the tongue. If I were to use a fruit analogy, I'd say grapefruit. ⁉️ It's a raw sake and it's been 9 months from the time of production to the time of opening. I wonder if the taste has changed due to the unknown storage method 🤔💭💭. ☆ I've always wanted to try that one day, Kuroryu. I drank the spring Shibori for the first time. I thought it was rich and dry. but in fact it was a thick medium mouthfeel 🤣🤣𐤔 I heard it's recommended to drink it cold. but it tastes like it needs to be heated up. I tried it when I was drinking the last third of the bottle 🍶‼️ Well, I think I like it better warmed 🩷. I'd like to try a different brand if I have the chance again!
