Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...? It's been a long time since I drank muddled sake, so I had a strange feeling at the first sip, but the sweetness came, and I thought it was characteristic to change to sourness soon. Tonight, I'm back at work after GW, but naturally I'm not very excited 🥴. This one is brewed with Dewa Sanzu and Kyokai No. 6 yeast. The aroma is mild without being showy. It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. The taste is very pleasant with the strong acidity of triple the koji, and it is easy to drink. It is not white koji, but it reminds me of a certain cat sake 😺.

Tonight, I opened a bottle of this one to accompany my dinner of kochi and kampachi sashimi and squid cod roe 💁. La Jomon Six Nama Sake 2023BY✨ We happened to have a lot of Six Nama Sake on hand, so we'll have a quick bottle. When I poured a glass of chilled sake, it had the usual mild uri aroma, a beautiful acidity, a little sweetness and citrusy flavor like Pocari, and the second half was a mix of astringent, bitter, and spicy flavors. It can be served alone or as a mealtime drink. I'm going to try the "Murasame" that some of the connoisseurs in the area are trying later 🙌

Purchased at the annual North Tohoku Antenna Shop's Akita Sake Tasting and Sale every three months. This time it was a special summer sake! I had a hard time deciding between Hiraizumi and Chitose-mori, but I chose Chitose-mori, which is limited to 300 bottles and has been available for a long time! Cold sake Ripe pear aroma Slightly bodied. The unique sweetness of rice spreads on the palate. Sourness lingers on the tongue in the aftertaste. After 2 days of drinking, the taste has become more rounded.

Quite a fine Junmai Daiginjo sake. There is enough mellow deliciousness. It is a talented brewery in Saitama. Aside from Kamikame, it is the second best sake in Saitama after Hanayo-yoku.

This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai. The packaging was very careful and excellent. The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries. The refreshing sweetness and acidity are pleasant. The final taste is bitter. I have the impression that Miyamanishiki and other sake I have had in the past were sweeter. I wish there was a store in Kansai where I could buy Shugou... I heard that the sake brewery here is aging, with all the employees over 65 years old. I wonder if that's why they don't distribute much.

I found my favorite Satochi at an Izakaya and couldn't resist ordering it😍. The smell of pears. It smells so good. It has a caramel-like sweetness and then a light sourness. After that, the bitterness comes through quickly. It's a beautiful sake. It's really delicious. It's been a long time since I've had it😊. The taste itself is refreshing, but even with a strong oily taste like mackerel, there is a flavor that somehow does not lose at all ️.
