Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...? It's been a long time since I drank muddled sake, so I had a strange feeling at the first sip, but the sweetness came, and I thought it was characteristic to change to sourness soon. I drank it up with some sea bream stew and enjoyed it.

Chitosezakari Junmai Ginjo Peach Color The description says it has a fruity aroma like berries and apples, but I couldn't detect it. It is lighter and easier to drink than one-cup wines, but has a bitter aftertaste. I don't like the taste.

Quite a fine Junmai Daiginjo sake. There is enough mellow deliciousness. It is a talented brewery in Saitama. Aside from Kamikame, it is the second best sake in Saitama after Hanayo-yoku.

This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai. The packaging was very careful and excellent. The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries. The refreshing sweetness and acidity are pleasant. The final taste is bitter. I have the impression that Miyamanishiki and other sake I have had in the past were sweeter. I wish there was a store in Kansai where I could buy Shugou... I heard that the sake brewery here is aging, with all the employees over 65 years old. I wonder if that's why they don't distribute much.

The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.

I bought a bottle of Ayagiku's raw sake because it seems to be rare. I bought it at Okura Sake Shop in front of Tamatsukuri Station. It is a new store opened this year. They seem to carefully select and handle brands that are not found in the Kansai region. They have a wide selection of sake brands such as Rairaku, Kinshi Morinori, Shonosato, Hizen Kurashin, Chitose Mori, Kikunoi, Hakuryu (Fukui Prefecture), Ayagiku, Hanashimi, Zoka, Morinokura, Rokkasen, Tenzan, etc. Sake made with Sanuki olive yeast. Fresh, rich, sweet and acidic. The acidity is impressive, but there is also a bit of spiciness in the latter half. It has a light mouthfeel for its alcohol content, perhaps due to the acidity. It does have a slightly tropical flavor.

The rice used is "Yamadanishiki", "Miyamanishiki" and "Gohyakumangoku". Is this the first time for Fuji Takasago? It's definitely dry, but it's not like a +10. It is soft on the palate, light and refreshing, but with a solid flavor. There is a sweetness behind the spiciness. The finish is crisp and clean, and goes away quickly. This is a good sake to drink during meals, and a very good sake for everyday drinking!

Tonight I paired it with shabu shabu and it was a good match for the meat👍. I recommend drinking it warmed up with strong flavored food and cheese😄.

Today, I'm going to have a pure blue. I mean, I went to Tomikunishiki yesterday to buy the Galaxy label. Unfortunately, it was sold out for mail order😭. Basically, I'm the kind of person who thinks that shipping costs are less than the cost of gasoline, so I thought I'd go and drive an hour or so to get there, but I didn't realize how popular the Galaxy Label was. I had no choice but to buy this Ikarashi Tokubetsu Junmai. It's sweet but delicious ☺️. I think I'll mail order it properly next year. I should have bought either Kamesen's SEL or Gohashi, which I saw at the liquor store on my way home.

I went to buy sake for my annual plum wine yesterday and found this. It's a sake made by reviving the oldest sake rice called Shiratama (test brewed sake). It tastes like Tomikunishiki, full and mellow... very delicious☺️. I love it after all. It's so delicious 😆.

This was one of the bottles I bought at the recent New Sake Festival. I was going to miss it this year, but it was on sale so I bought it. It was cold and had a little bit of cemedine smell in the mouth...and then a spicy taste. It doesn't leave much of a aftertaste either. Delicious.
