It is a Honored Ikegetsu Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 40 Nao-kumi Nakadori Mukuratori Mafiltered Nama Genshu. It is my first time to try this brewery, but the owner recommended it to me. It is sweet, umami and sour, and I felt it was a little thick. It is a delicious sake.
