This sake was tasted along with the Junmai Ginjo I posted earlier. We were there when the store opened on the first day of tasting and sales, so all the sakes were unsealed, so we were able to sample them in fresh condition. I recommend going on Wednesday when the store opens 😆. It is Rokumaru with 60% rice polishing ratio. It is the same as Shinomine. It has more richness and umami than Junmai Ginjo. It is suitable for warming up.

My girlfriend went to Tottori with a friend for a visit. I wasn't going to go, but I did at the last minute🤣. So! I finally found a sake from Tottori✨. When I think of Tottori, I think of strong. I've never had strong before! First we ordered three different strong sakes to compare 😆. Inabatsuru, Hiokizakura and Chiyomusubi! You can see the amber color! All of them have a mature taste 😆. The rice flavor is very strong! It might be difficult for those who are not used to this mature taste 😆.

Sakeya-no-Endo-san A store right on Mizuki Shigeru Road. The owner will tell you everything you need to know. There was no Haru green this time! I bought a Yokai no Kakushi Sake and others. Banana melon type aroma to sweetness. Alcoholic to sharp, It is a solid sake that is easy to drink. I enjoyed it with cheese and bean crackers after crab. I recommend drinking it on the rocks due to its high alcohol content.

My wife's aunt went to Tottori to meet my sons and daughters. My sons and aunt were having a great time, which made me happy as a parent 😊. On the way home, we went to Inabatsuru and bought a bottle of their strong Jun Dai. I bought it without looking at the price at all and was in a cold sweat 💦 at the checkout 😆. Even though we were visiting before closing time, they happily offered to take us to see the brewery. We were very happy to hear that. It was an enjoyable experience to see the fresh yabuta and smell the aroma of sake. Thank you very much. Now, about the sake, On the first day, it was served at room temperature, with a very rounded sweetness and umami flavor that once again reminded me of the high performance of strong sake. On the second day, it was served at a cooler temperature, and it was a very good sake with a low sweetness and a clear and refreshing taste. Then came the third day. What is it? Is it water? No, it is sake. It had changed to a smooth sake 😳. It was an endless loop with supermarket sashimi 😅. The brewer said that Nakagawa Sake Brewery helped revive strong rice, and I'm bowled over.

Gorgeous aroma, gorgeous taste, sweet and delicious. Spicy taste at the end. The overall balance is good, and the taste is round and very delicious ♡. It was my favorite of all the sake we drank that day. ❣️ It went well with local dishes such as rakyo and tofu chikuwa. I saw the ruins of Tottori Castle, which is one of the best castles in Japan, and Nifukaku, where Emperor Taisho visited when he was a Crown Prince. Then, we went to Sunaba Coffee, which I had wanted to visit when I came to Tottori! It was hot, so I had an iced sausage coffee 🥤. I'm very satisfied💕.
