Today's Toyama Drink Comparison Special Set
at Antenna Shop Toyama Bar.
We had a sanshouraku.
It had been open for a while, so it didn't feel very fresh.
The 18% alcohol content is quite heavy, but the taste is gentle and mellow.
The sake rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Toyama.
I visited Gokayama with heavy snowfall. Purchased at Kihei Shoten (the brewery is right next door). It is a traditional thick dry sake. It is good for a mid-meal drink and you will never get tired of it.
San-Shouraku" - "Laughing Joyfully
San-Shouraku Brewery in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture. A refreshing aroma like lychee. It has a moderate acidity. It is a delicious sake that complements food.
It has a mild mouthfeel and is thin on character in a way.
This is the first Toyama sake I bought myself.

My family bought it for me as a souvenir from Toyama. This is the first time I have seen it. I think it should be warmed up. The umami flavor rises gradually. The aftertaste is smooth and clean. Heating sake makes you feel warm.
