Got it at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Opened on my wife's birthday. Even though it was a weekday off from drinking... my wife said "you just want to drink it 💢"... but I guess she was right 💦. Freshness that you can't believe it's fire-roasted. Juicy flavor and sweetness spread endlessly. The beautiful sweetness and flavor that reminds me of tropical fruits is the best. Too delicious for words.

Tanakaya, a shop at Uonodana in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, bought this sake immediately with the killer phrase, "Sake that's on the rise. It is the first product of "Iraka Sake Brewery," which is independently brewed by a master brewer who has developed Taishinshu into a famous sake brewery. The aroma is clean and banana-like, and the taste and sweetness of the rice are well pronounced. Delicious: ‼️

At Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA. I asked the staff what Okura sake is like. The staff said... "It is a perverted sake"...? I didn't understand the perversity, but it is a normal, tasty and good sake. It has a fresh aroma and a gaseous feeling peculiar to direct pumping. The sweetness and umami are good. A taste that you will never get tired of.
