The acidity of the Yamahai sake tightens the whole body and makes it pleasant to drink. A dangerous sake that will not tire you out. On Sunday afternoon, I accompanied it with black bean soba noodles from Tanba. It is raining outside, but it is a happy Sunday afternoon. I will do my best on the rest day starting tomorrow 🥹.

It was determined to be delicious even before the bottle was opened. The aroma is refreshing. It is a wonderful sake that combines juiciness with a refreshing sharpness. A blissful Sunday afternoon with snacks my wife cooked for me. It's a lazy Sunday, when I get drunk, I take a nap.

ちりとてちんAt Izakaya Celadon in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. The owner recommended sake. We entered the restaurant with our eldest and youngest sons. They are brother brewers of Katsuma. Rare sake. It has a mild aroma and a good balance of sweetness and acidity of rice. It is a sake that goes well with all kinds of food. We are so happy to find a local izakaya where we can drink Kachikoma! I am so happy.

ちりとてちんI had promised my wife a day off from Monday to Thursday...I drank it on Thursday 💦 weak willed...sorry. I bought it just because it was from a sake brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. There was no mistake. The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a nice sweetness and umami that spreads quickly. I think the taste goes well with all kinds of food. I found another good sake.

Dangerous sake that does not make you tired of drinking. I am always impressed by Kangiku.

My wife, who likes sweet sake, didn't like it. Two weeks later... the aroma and sourness have mellowed. Wife's dislike of it is gone. The taste seems to have changed dramatically. It's strange...
