㊗️ check-in 500🎉 Opened a bottle of Jigokan which I was able to get at the end of the year. Fruity aroma, juicy taste. The flavor and freshness are irresistible. The tangy taste at the end is also good. This sake is dangerous because it makes you drink too much. I am grateful to my wife and all the others, I will live this moment to the fullest👍.

Purchased at Shusendo Fujimori in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Opened the bottle on Friday, the first day of work, after a day off from drinking. Pushu~! Rich fruitiness with a touch of gas and acidity. The aroma is mild and the sweetness is moderate. It might be good as a food sake.

Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. This is the first time I've had sparkling Tasake. If you're not careful, it spills. Be careful when opening the bottle💦. Not too sweet, refreshing and fine bubbles. The fine bubbles are nice. It's dry and goes well with all kinds of food. It may be the ultimate food wine. It was delicious.

It was said to be dry, but it had just the right amount of sweetness and above all, an overwhelming freshness, making it a dangerous sake that I could keep drinking. I found another delicious sake 🌈.

Merry Christmas🎅. Sake which was not available last year. This year I was able to get it again. It was purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. This sake rice is cultivated by Takagi Sake Brewery, which brews Jyushiyo. Junmai Daiginjo with a fruity melon flavor. It is so fresh and light that a four-pack of it will be gone in one go. Too good to be true👍.

We got the last bottle at Tanakaya in Akashi's Fish Shelf. We enjoyed it with snacks served on a plate of Oshikada-yaki ceramics, which my wife has recently become obsessed with. It has a fruity aroma and flavor, and a fresh mouthfeel typical of junmai daiginjo-style sake. Elegant and beautiful sake. Delicious👍

Got it at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Opened the bottle on my wife's birthday. Even though it was a weekday off from drinking... my wife said "you just want to drink it 💢"... but I guess she was right 💦. It has a freshness that makes it hard to believe it's fire-roasted. Juicy flavor and sweetness spread endlessly. The beautiful sweetness and flavor reminiscent of tropical fruits is the best. Too delicious for words.
