An unfiltered junmai ginjo nama-shu released with in-house yeast. It has a gorgeous aroma of sweet and sour fruits and a good balance of subtle sweetness and acidity. It is a refreshing, flavorful, umakuchi sake with a rich, clean taste. Delicious👍

It is said to be the sake that won the President's Award, the highest award at the KURAMASTER in France. The mellow aroma reminds me of fruits, It has a fresh, crisp mouthfeel and juicy flavor. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.

We were able to get it again this year. Limited edition light nigori sake. Slight sweetness and tight acidity. It's delicious! Too good! is all I can say.
