Purchased online from Shichikura, a Hokkaido sake brewery. When you put it in your mouth, the umami sweetness spreads. It has a delicious rice flavor, moderate acidity, and a gaseous taste. Second day The fruity taste increases and the balance with the acidity becomes more to your liking, doubling the deliciousness.

Purchased at Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. Tuesday is a national holiday. Normally a weekday is a day off 💦. My favorite chrysanthemum. We were able to get it again this year. Limited edition light nigori sake. Slight sweetness and tight acidity. It's delicious! Too good! is all I can say.

At Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. We were allowed to compare Yokoyama Goju which is not on the menu. Thank you, Master 😭 From left 1) Aizan Junmai Daiginjo Gorgeous aroma and fruity. Mellow, fresh and beautiful. Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo The juicy aroma and sweetness spreads on the palate and finishes with a sharp taste that you will never get tired of drinking. (3) Akaban Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Fresh and juicy flavor, as if you have bitten into a fresh fruit. I personally like (3) the best.

At Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. I got the information on Instagram that the Hanahayo Sake was in stock. I had no choice but to go there regardless of the coldest weather of this winter👍Just by looking at the bottle of HanayoYukyu, I could already tell it was delicious🎉. The aroma is elegant and gorgeous, and the sweetness is mild while being elegant. The balance of sweetness and rice flavor is perfect. The sweetness is not at all harsh, making it a dangerous sake that can be drunk indefinitely. I can't believe this is available in Akashi... Thank you master. ❗️ However, the bar had an amazing lineup of sake to drink, so we were able to enjoy a variety of sake even after drinking the Hana-yosu. Thanks to that, the happy afterglow of the first Hana-yosuyu I drank was gone... I wanted to finish with one more Hana-yosu 💦.

Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. The fresh taste of Yamada-Nishiki is beautifully expressed through the mouthfeel. The lingering taste is slightly dry and crisp. Delicious👍. Drinking tasake makes my vocabulary even more limited than usual💦.

Purchased at Asano Sannomiya Sake store. On a weekday, a day off from drinking...I asked for it and opened the bottle. The aroma is mild. Fresh and mellow. Not sweet and juicy, but perfect for a mealtime drink.

㊗️ check-in 500🎉 Opened a bottle of Jigokan which I was able to get at the end of the year. Fruity aroma, juicy taste. The flavor and freshness are irresistible. The tangy taste at the end is also good. This sake is dangerous because it makes you drink too much. I am grateful to my wife and all the others, I will live this moment to the fullest👍.
