I was reading "kuribayashi" with all my might 😆. I'm embarrassed 🫣. I see you read it as "Ritsurin" 😊. The aroma is mild, the taste is soft, and the cup never stops 🍶. I think it performs great as a food sake. I noticed it was gone lol.

Kuririn drinking comparison, followed by Kanazawa Nishine The light orange one. This one has a gentle sweetness and moist flavor! It is a sake that will make you feel tender with just one sip. Even Putin should try this one! I was surprised to see such a difference in flavor just because it was grown in the same town, but in a different area. Hmmm! It's so deep! Both are delicious, but I personally prefer Rokugo Higashine. Thank you very much for the food!

I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔. Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well. After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

First impressions are a sharp taste with a dry finish. There is sweet apple flavor with a hint of wood / taru. Good combination with foods that are on the salty side. This is a limited Sake.

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

The first ooki tree When I hear the word "Yamahai," I have an image of strong acidity. This one, as usual, was characterized by its sharp acidity. The top-tasting aroma has a sense of sake behind the acidity. The mouthfeel is rather light, probably due to the crisp acidity. The flavor is not as strong as it should be. The aftertaste is full of sake-like aftertaste, followed by sourness and a strong bitterness. A closer look reveals that it is 18 degrees Celsius. No wonder it hits the back of the throat so hard. Kansai Salmon Ware year-end party⑳⑳ We said goodbye to Umaisan, Maru, Rutemi, pyonpyo and Robin and went to the 3rd party. Mr. Muchi helped us to find a restaurant for the after-party too. I remember it was pretty fruity and refreshing. We also drank Niiyu's dry sake and Toyo Bijin's straight kumi, which is not on the menu 😋. I always listen to kan's 🐴 stories: 👂️ Mother and father are important 🐎. Jive-san had to leave on the way because his train time came 🙋. Finally, Nemuchi and I had ramen at Ramen Nigamushi Chicken before heading home 😋. I've never had ramen before and it was delicious 🍜. Aochan who went missing also went to another ramen restaurant 😁. I lost the sake that Jive gave me, so I went back to the after-party later, but it's a secret 🤫. Thank you very much to Gyumu-san who always organizes off-line meetings, and to everyone who participated 🙇.

But it is not as dry as Niiyu, which is my main favorite (icon), but it gives me a feeling of being thirst-quenched afterwards. (Is it because of the low alcohol content?). Monsoon with an attractive label. Somehow I have the impression that Tamakae is not my favorite, but I bought it because sake really varies and I can't decide what I like or dislike based on a little experience. It is more refreshing than the previous Monsoon I drank. It's not as cloudy, so it's less kijoshu-like, but I personally prefer it. It has none of the bitterness or old dryness that I have come to associate with Tamakae. I guess the taste of sake can be completely different depending on what characteristics of the rice are brought out and how and where the sake is made. Monsoon is a sake I would like to drink regularly.

Fukuoka! So this is the Kyushu Brewery Shiraito Shuzo. It is different from the Tanaka Rokugo we just drank! Yeast is amazing. My subordinate, who came late, brought in some food. This is a must have for a night out in Fukuoka. Without it, I might not have been able to go home the next day.
