Bicchu tasted a sake from Jindai.
Sanko Masamune, when I drank the junmai sake before, seemed quite mellow, but the junmai ginjo was just the right density, probably due to the difference in rice polishing ratio.
It is also a very tasty sake.
It has a sweet aroma and taste and is easy to drink without being alcoholic. The spiciness remains at the end and is refreshing.
We found it in the local products section of a supermarket we stopped by in Niimi City, Okayama Prefecture. It is a brewing town, and there were a lot of sake and soy sauce on display, so I bought some soy sauce as well.
I bought this when I was touring in Niimi, Okayama.
Then,
First without pairing,
The spiciness is also a bittersweet aftertaste,
Like rain after cloudy after sunny?
I'm not sure.
Well, I'm sure it's a good sake for pairing.
I'm sure it's a good sake that you don't hesitate to pair it with.
I paired it with leftovers on the first day.
It's a little more bitter, but good.
And the beer,
Kirin's Spring Valley
Summer Ale.
It has the most citrusy taste of all the Spring Valley beers.
Good evening ^ ^
I too have been opening a bottle of Sanko that was given to me last week. It's a fire-aged junmai ginjo, but this one is delicious with the richness of grain! According to the locals, it is recommended to be heated 🍶.
