Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. I wanted to try my first Osaka sake, Akushika, but I found Kurehaaru at my favorite izakaya... a traditional local sake. It's a good sake for a mid-meal drink. Yes! Local sake. The flavor is as expected.

After enjoying Fushimi's soft water hot springs in Kyoto, I spent the last part of my trip in Osaka👍. Since it was a special occasion, we had a drink at Kurehaaru, which we hadn't had in a year, and some oden and kushikatsu! The aroma is almost imperceptible. It has a refreshing taste on the palate, but the robust flavor of the rice comes on later. Still, it is lighter than other Osaka sake and has a moderate sweet and spicy taste. It has no habits and goes perfectly with oden ✨.
