Rice used is Miyamanishiki I didn't find it too harsh, but my partner, who prefers a gorgeous sweet taste, found it too much for his palate. It is true that the alcohol taste comes first, and the mouthfeel is not smooth. As the day goes by, the corners are removed and it becomes more moderate, so it might be better to go out with it slowly, but I don't dislike it in this way.

At a restaurant in Sapporo. Junmai Daiginjyo, Nama-shu, so it was easy to drink as expected 😊. The restaurant was very nice because you can drink as much sake as you want. The food is made from Hokkaido ingredients. I had a great conversation with the manager and would love to go back 💕.

This is an apparently hard-to-find Akizuka sake. Since I had already had a draft of this sake before, I had to unlock the results of a terribly maniacal drinking comparison. I chilled it. It has a sweet aroma that harmonizes graininess and a sense of maturity. The modest mouthfeel reveals the clean acidity and caramel flavors typical of the sake's origins, and the full-bodied sweetness and rich umami slowly permeate the taste buds. It is delicious both lukewarm and hot.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. Sakemonogatari in Kansai(*) It is a hiyaoroshi of honjozo with a slightly sweet taste and a sense of grain! It is well balanced, probably because it is a honjozo. I would definitely like to drink it with an appetizer!
