I didn't find it too harsh, but my partner, who prefers a gorgeous sweet taste, found it too much for his palate.
It is true that the alcohol taste comes first, and the mouthfeel is not smooth.
As the day goes by, the corners are removed and it becomes more moderate, so it might be better to go out with it slowly, but I don't dislike it in this way.

At a restaurant in Sapporo. Junmai Daiginjyo, Nama-shu, so it was easy to drink as expected 😊.
The restaurant was very nice because you can drink as much sake as you want. The food is made from Hokkaido ingredients. I had a great conversation with the manager and would love to go back 💕.
