Today I traveled to Motegi to watch SuperGT.
I bought this Sandesi at a roadside station on the way home.
It has almost no sake flavor and is surprisingly easy to drink. Thank you for the sake.
Sake rice brand unknown
Polishing ratio 70%.
Temperature Estimated 5°C (refrigerator), room temperature
Taste 85
Color Almost colorless and transparent
Aroma: Gorgeous aroma typical of daiginjo-style sake, but quite weak.
Taste: Sweet on the palate with a crisp dry finish. It has a firm flavor.
Overall impression: It was delicious, and I would like to drink it again if I have a chance.
This is the last of a series of three first-time drinking brands.
Saitama G yeast?
What is that? I have never heard of it.
I asked Dr. Google and he said it is made from No. 9 yeast.
Ah, ah, G-yeast, just like that!
The aroma is a first for me and I'm thrilled.
Sweet, yet ricey!
Noooo! Rice flavor? (I'm not really good at rice flavor.)
(I'm not a big fan of the rice flavor.) I took a bite, thinking, "Oh, that's it..."...
Soft, with some riceiness on the outside.
This is not bad.
The aftertaste is spicy with 17% alcohol content, and it seems to disappear quickly.
The spiciness and tingling sensation remains.
As the temperature rises, the rice feeling becomes stronger, so I personally want to finish it before that happens.
No change after a week.
It is easy to drink.
It is 17 degrees Celsius though.
We believe that Toyoake should be secretly noted among Saitama sake.
It has a good ripe flavor👍.
My personal impression,
It reminded me of "Yuyake Koyake" (evening glow) of "Kame no Umi" (sea of turtles).
From there, the fruity feeling is suppressed and the focus is on the umami of the rice.
Sweet and juicy aroma. Apple cider vinegar, grass cake.
Contains soft and light texture.
Lightly sweet, sour and juicy.
Slightly grassy and reminiscent of plums, etc.
Fine acidity.
It seems to melt and disappear quickly.
Sake with a lady-like feeling.
Taste level: 3.5/5
When I chilled it in the fridge and drank it, I had a sweet taste with a boiled egg flavor... I didn't want to drink it, but when I drank it a few days later, I was surprised to find it tasted like rum raisins!
Was it my condition? Or by the oxidation of alcohol? Or by what I ate with it?
Every day I feel differently and taste differently.
Two cups of sake will get you drunk, and it's a great value for money.
Sake tasted and purchased on the way home from a BBQ at Wakata's house
This sake is a first of its kind, brewed with low glutelin and low amylose LGC Soft rice and a new yeast, Ka8.
Ka8 yeast is said to be a yeast that makes sake difficult to age.
It has a 4 mp flavor like muscat and melon. It also has a white wine-like flavor.
The higher the temperature, the sweeter it tastes.
Toyoake Ichiki Ikkai G-yeast Unfiltered Nama-shu from Ishii Shuzo in Satte City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It is made with sake rice, Sake Musashi, and Saitama G yeast.
Gorgeous aroma, fruity and juicy, with a pleasant sweetness and acidity.
It was honestly delicious 😊.
Sakai Branch BBQ afterwards ①.
We arrived at the liquor store wondering if we would make it in time for closing time.
The name of the store is different from "Sake no Wawa," but it is the ABC Nakamozu store of sake.
They had three varieties of Toyoake on the shelves, and I was told that I could sample two I had never had before.
Sorry for the late closing time!
They have recently started to sell it!
I think it's an orthodox Junmai, fire-roasted, but not flashy, sweet, apple-like and modern!
I tasted the new Shiny and bought this one!
Good morning, bouken 😃.
I didn't know any liquor store in Kansai that carries Toyoake, so I learned a lot 📝.
I've only had limited edition sake, but I appreciate the opportunity to sample a variety 😄.
Good evening, Mr. Aladdin.
I think they started to deal with it recently, so I wonder if they had a business meeting with him because of the national sake fair 🤔.
I was lucky because I didn't expect to be able to taste it in a store like a mass retailer 😁.
Sakai Branch BBQ⑧
We had Toyoaki for the last time!
I thought it was a "Hi-ire" sake, but the label on the back of the bottle said it was a "Nama-zake" (pure sake). Probably the same as the one we drank at the Kokusyu Sake Fair.
Sweet and fruity. Pineapple type.
If you like sweet and fruity, this will definitely appeal to you!
I had shaved ice with Houou Mida blood orange on it 🍧 It was bitter-sweet and delicious 😋.
The party started around 12:00pm and ended around 7:00pm as the sun went down.
I thought the hospitality was wonderful, as if they are used to having people over at their house 🥺.
I guess your daughter is used to it too, because she was able to talk to the drunks in a normal way 😊.
After saying goodbye to Umaisan, Rutemi and Maru, we went to the liquor store with Wakata and his family...
More to come 😌.
bouken, here it is again (I came back) 😄.
I drank this sake 2 years ago at chuin🍶.
Toyoake was new to me then, and I remember fondly that Rafa brought Toyoake on the Hankai train afterwards: ☺️
Aladdin, thank you very much 😌.
I also drank it with Rafa and chuin and that's why they brought it to Hankai Train and I feel some kind of connection with it 😊It's been 2 years since then, so fast 🥺.
It was the most delicious sake I drank that day.
Saitama sake
I heard it's called "Hana-yoku Generic" because it has a pineapple taste!
That's a bit rude, isn't it?
It's not the same thing.
I thought it was delicious!
I tried many new drinks on this day!
I will also continue to follow social networking sites!
