This sake is from Kinomoto in Shiga Prefecture, close to my hometown in Fukui Prefecture.
It's dry, freshly squeezed and tangy, and you can taste many different flavors and alcohol.
The sake is served with a side dish of honmoroko marinated in oil🙆🙆.
