It's been hot every day, so we had it crispy cold and served it with a glass of wai. It was extremely tasty! It has a full aroma and richness, and if I were to describe it as a wine, I would say it is medium-bodied. It seems to go well with eel, so I'm going to drink a little bit of it today and save it until the day of the Ox.

A short trip to Shiga Prefecture with my wife (3) The last of the three sake tasting was Hokkoku Kaido Junmai Sake from Yamaji Shuzo. This brewery is said to be the fourth oldest brewery in Japan, but of course this was the first time we had tasted their sake. First, the aroma. It has a strong sake aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will taste a soft sweetness, which also has a strong sake aroma. After that, a soft bitterness can be felt. The second half of the sake has a strong stimulation and is very drinkable.

I visited Tsuruga and stopped by when I went to Mt. The proprietress was very gracious and pleasant and I bought a lot of things I wanted to try. I was so impressed that I bought a lot of things 😊. I was the only one who wasn't driving who was allowed to taste it, so I bought a small bottle of some Junmai, which my partner seemed to resent. Very old-fashioned aroma filled the air! Like a 🫣 very strong Yamahai. But the taste is crisp and clean. I thought it would go well with smelly dishes such as heshiko, mackerel sushi, etc.
