I drank some sake at a snack bar in Gifu, and I was given the sake I couldn't finish, so I opened it after I got back home.
I kept it at room temperature for two whole days after it was sealed, so the taste may have changed, but I thought it was a sake with no habits, good or bad.

It depends on your taste, but the Itkey or Morimon no Yuki brands are satisfactory enough for me, so although it is a good sake, I don't feel it is worth the price.
