Opened December 27, 2024 Purchased at the brewery Wow, so much better than I expected ^ ^. It has a complex and convergent taste 🍶. The ensemble of sweet, spicy and acidic flavors are well matched 🤣. I've had it in the past, but I don't remember it being this good. Aromatic, slow and steady, it's a good sake. ❗️

Special Junmai Sakusake Sekesaku Saku Sake Sake Saku, Saku Sake Saku, Saku Sake Saku was stated on the label 🥳. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ [Wawa Wawa] brewery. Using Saku yeast (yeast isolated from cosmos in Saku City) Hitokochi 100%, Polishing ratio 59%, ALC 15%. Tonight's sashimi platter is a 4-piece set of Ukka Rasago, Bonito, Shirasu, and Seared Spanish Mackerel with Salt and Lemon. Actually, this is the second type of sake I ordered today, the first was called "Orikagarami Hiran" on the store's bulletin board, but I couldn't find any orikagarami at all😅I checked and it seems that if it is unfiltered raw sake, it is orikagarami, which is a type I had already encountered but with different alcohol content, so I just had to update the information 😃. The aroma is subdued, the acidity and bitterness are well balanced, and the sake is clean, crisp, and slightly dry 😋. Yeast isolated from cosmos... but I can't really tell the difference since I don't even remember the aroma of cosmos😅 Chigasaki Chirori: 20240718

Memorandum. After purchasing sake at Yamacho Sake Shop After purchasing sake at Yamacho Sake Shop, we went to a nearby store for a corner shop 😊. Next was another fruity sake I recommended this one 😄. Nice fruity aroma. Impact of sourness. Umami afterwards 😆. A little tingling sensation near the throat when you finish it. To put it roughly, it's a sour sake 🍶. It's very good for a body battered by the extreme heat 😆. Yes, very tasty 😋. Thank you very much for the sake 😋😋😋😋.

I found this sake in Saku, Nagano. It was only 200ml, but I bought it immediately because it had the matured color I like. The taste is as you would expect, but the sweetness is a perfect match. I thought this could definitely go well warmed up, and it is still delicious! The flavor and sweetness seemed to increase dramatically by warming it up. The rich flavor was like licking honey.

Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai! This is Kuro-chan with a belly! Wow! Wawa-wawa! This was a sweet and refreshing, Nagano sake-like impression 😋. Maybe better to drink before or after than during the meal ✨ This was also a new brand to me, but it was delicious 😋. Nagano sake level is high 👍
