I opened the lid and sniffed it... I liked it even before I drank it because of the nice aroma of koji like amazake! I thought ^ ^ Sip it with salted butter dorayaki and dry snacks 🍶. Yes, it's still delicious...my kind of sake ^ ^ ^.

Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before! Sweet aroma? The aroma of bread? The taste is strong and robust. The sourness and richness are similar to coffee... That's just my personal opinion😜. What the heck, I just finished 300mls! LOL! It is a divine drink 😁.

Honkin Normal Sake Yellow Label 1,800ml Alcohol added sake, koji rice 60%, kake rice 70%. This was purchased when we tasted it at the brewery last November. After six months had passed, the umami flavor seemed to have taken over. I think it was more smooth when it was first shipped. It was stored in a hallway with a refrigerator pan, so we will enjoy it before it gets too hot. I think I like it better when it returns to room temperature than when it is cold.

Smells like yogurt, and when the temperature rises, it smells like cotton candy. The rice-flavored liquid is slightly carbonated, and while you think it is light to drink, it changes and becomes heavy with rice flavor, astringency, a sourness and bitterness that comes in a rush, then changes to sweetness and a lactic acidity that is tingling and refreshing. The changes are interesting. When muddled, the rice flavor becomes stronger and a little bitter, and the umami that comes after is pleasant, with a slight sweetness and flavors of rice and koji that are both powerful and beautiful. Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai drinking comparison: ‼️ Kurosawa: ‼️ We started with the Gold Course Taregara-mi blend alsobe. Apparently it's a blend of 4 different types of sake. Oden with a side of oden It's a dangerous sake with a gentle sweetness that is typical of Shinshu sake and a bitter and astringent taste that will keep you going 😆.
