Mood ★★★★★ 2019 Junmai Old Sake. Aged in sherry casks. After opening the bottle, the aroma is of chocolate. I was taught that sherry is white wine to which brandy is added and aged in barrels to get that flavor. I was surprised to learn that this sake tastes like this after being aged with rice, malted rice, and sherry casks. It tastes just like regular sherry. It is a wonder I can't get enough of it. I would like to recommend this sake to anyone who loves sherry to try it.

At the time of purchase, the brewer asked me if it was OK that it was an intermediate sake! I felt that this sake was made with sincerity using a traditional recipe!

When I first bought it, the first sip of it filled my body with a strong sense of freshness, and it was very good for the first two days after it was opened, but after a few days it wasn't as amazing, but it's still a must-have wine for walking.

It's really sweet and sour! It has about as much impact as a citrus fruit with a pretty strong flavor. The bottle is also stylish. The bottle is stylish, and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink like a wine. This sourness and yellowish color reminded me of Itkey: 🗝️ 1,980 yen (tax included)

This sake is made by the Tamaokyu Sake Brewery in Yatsuo-machi, Toyama City. It has a fresh, slightly dry taste typical of nama-shu, with just the right amount of umami, making it an easy-drinking sake.

I went to the Holy Land because the lottery had started. I was looking around with the intention of bringing home some summer sake, but there were so many things to choose from that I got lost. As expected of the Holy Land, the lineup on the shelves has changed drastically since last week 🍶. The one I chose was Yuho from Ishikawa Prefecture's Goso Sake Brewery. The sake is brewed in Hakui, in the middle of Noto! The label was designed by a high school student from Hakui, so it's very summery. It really stood out at the sanctuary! I had heard that it was dry, but it was well-balanced and very light. The aftertaste and lingering aftertaste were very refreshing. I thought I would bring it home again if I came across it!

On this day, the restaurant was more crowded than usual with customers! The staff was also busy! I was slowly sorting through the selection at my usual pace in front of the cold storage! I wondered which one would be best to go with Byakuya, and decided on Murayasu! I sometimes come across Murayuke at Koko no Ie, San or Sapporo no Satori, San! I like MURAYAKE with these light blue letters! It's sweet and sour and more to my liking than Byakuya. There are a few more sakes I'm interested in, so let's continue drinking: 🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶 extensive knowledge Specific name not disclosed Koji rice Not disclosed Kake rice Not disclosed Sake degree Not open to the public Acidity Not disclosed AL 16 degrees

Purchased at a liquor store. Nagano sake, which is not often seen in Fukuoka. This is my first time drinking it. Cold sake. Slightly floral aroma. Pleasant juicy acidity and gentle sweetness. It is fresh and has a good mouthfeel. It has a very gentle taste. The aftertaste is rather short. Recommended for sake beginners.

Afs is served with octopus. It is well chilled, mildly aromatic, and has a strong acidity and sweetness, just like a white wine. It is a perfect match for sweet white wines, and is also good as a dessert wine.

#HomeDrinking Strong! It's a strong flavor of Okura, but it's so strong that it's like drinking undiluted Calpis. And of course it's delicious! I love how Okura doesn't pander to the masses, but instead just says, "Drink only what you like. It is packed with various elements, such as one-stage brewing, yellowish color, orikara, and 5-year-old raw sake, but Okura does not let that bother it, and I can only say that it tastes just like Okura! I will follow you for the rest of my life.

Sake given to me by one of my favorite people. It was a collaboration with United Arrows! I wanted to open it when I was in a good mood, so I took a sip and left it for a while. It's a pretty pink color with a light nigori finish, it looks cute and made me feel good even before I drank it! It was like sweet and sour cherries! It was slightly carbonated and too delicious! I love it!
