It's sour. I was told it was okay and I said it was okay. It was more than I expected. But it's not just sour.

Just out of curiosity...sour! Lemon juice! This guy is a Pokka Lemon! Including the bitterness. ...When you hold still, you can slowly taste the flavor and sweetness. It tastes like blue peaches. Interesting. Delicious. A very acidic and strange kind of lemon. If you are okay with Pokka Lemon, you might want to try this. According to one of our regular customers who is a sake researcher "San Q was just right when mixed with Mitsuya Cider." I would like to try it.

It is unexpectedly light, almost like calpis. Perhaps because it was still cold, the unique bran smell of mai-bijin was subdued. It reminded me of Kawatsuru's Sanuki Kuraudei.

Super full of bubbles! Scared the hell out of me. Raw rice flavors are strong and slightly acidic, with a rich, concentrated body, long finish, and a slightly anti-bitter finish. Extremely refreshing! Pair with a top delicacy: Echizen Shio sea urchin, purchased from Fukui tentatsu. expensive but superbly paired with the ultimate freshness. Rating: 93/100

I attended the Splash Sake Party at an izakaya in Funabashi. We enjoyed many sparkling sake. The second type of sparkling was my favorite, Flax Cat Spark! The label is as cute as ever. This time the label says CLEAR. As the name suggests, it is sophisticated and clear. There is a slight sweetness as soon as you take a sip. It is clean and has no bitterness. Shinsei is still delicious.

Sweet and sour! Still similar to Koei Chrysanthemum? The latter is the resemblance?

@Tachinomiya in Nara No.6, following Yonotori, is now available. I don't really remember the taste of the food, but I was chatting with the next-door neighbor, a resident of Nara Prefecture. I remember saying something like, "I'd love to see a showdown between the Minato-ku girls from Tokyo and the Minato-ku girls from Osaka. I hope to see you again!

Sourness and bitterness with a grapefruit feel. A perfect summer sake for midsummer. If you are not careful, you can easily empty a bottle. Delicious and easy to drink.

The acidity and lightness are memorable, as is the beetle. It is a type of wine that can be enjoyed easily. The complex flavor that spreads in the mouth is likely to be a matter of taste. Personally, I find it interesting, but if you are looking for a wine-like aftertaste, it may be a little different. →When paired with peel made from summer fruits, the acidity of the liquor, the bitterness of the peel, and the sweetness of the peel are all good!

🏠 stand-alone Sweet and sour (˶ ᷇ 𖥦 ᷆ ˵ ) I'm worried about ate while eating🤔. But sour (>*<) supa,. Prosciutto cheese 🧀. Still sour 🧀 ‼️ Maybe if you pair it with a sour side dish, the acidity will be neutralized and it will be just right 😁. ⬇️ Herring with rape blossoms (sweet & sour) Tomato (Neapolitan) The acidity is just right 🎶. Wow, it's so sour! I thought, but the label on the back said it was made that way. Come to think of it, it might be just right for the coming season. So we enjoyed it.

Katori 90 Nama Hashiroshi 2021 Katori" is my favorite sake these days. I bought Katori 80 at an organic store in Sangenjaya and became addicted to it, so I bought Katori 90. 90 means polished, of course. It is also a "sake" with a slightly matured taste. It has a vinegar-like acidity and a mild fruity acidity, and has a refined flavor without the smell of aging. By reducing the amount of polished rice, it is said that protein and minerals remain in the rice, which is good for the body. I'm becoming more and more of a fan. Rating 4.4 (out of 5.0) 20230427

The flavor of the rice is robust. Strong acidity and sweetness. There is also a hint of astringency. Not difficult to drink, but a complex sake with a deep flavor. I would like to try it heated in winter.
