At home. First time in Gifu, Shirakawa-go. It's very thick, even among the nigorizake I've drunk. The aroma is like sweet sake. Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. It was not that spicy and easy to drink. It was different from the image I had in my mind. As the pop-up says, it is also surprisingly gorgeous. I guess because Tenryaka is made from organically grown rice, you can find it in natural food stores. The regular Amataka is particularly dry, and the organic series doesn't seem to be that dry.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. Nemuchi was hesitant to drink Tenryaka because it was dry, so I encouraged him to try Kuho Series, saying it was fruity. This sake is sold by a united effort of breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. The sake store I visited had two varieties, Kochira and Tedorigawa. Hoping for the recovery😌. It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty.

My first Kurosawa. Just after opening the bottle, the cork blew up to the ceiling. When you pour it, it fires strongly. When you drink it, it is refreshing like a carbonated drink.
