I ordered this because they said the money for this will be donated to the Noto earthquake. It will be hot 🍶. Oh no, there was only one left when I thought this was the Mexicali Tempura. It doesn't feel special, but it's a nice sake that goes perfectly with a meal. It wasn't stingy at all. I can't read the label. It's black, which is what a beginner in calligraphy did.

Found it at a local store I sometimes go to 👀. I had no prior knowledge of the brand, but was attracted by the sexy label and the owner's comment that it was "sweet and delicious" 😁. It is indeed sweet. But not sticky, clean and elegant sweetness 😋. By the third day, the sweetness was reduced and the taste was balanced 😆 Uma~! Hakone Drink Comparison Set (3) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. Is Hakone Ginjo the name of the brand? However, I am not sure because the name does not come up at all when I looked it up on Google... I haven't had a fire-brewed ginjo-shu in a long time. The ginjo aroma is pleasant. It has an elegant aroma and sharpness, and is the smoothest dry sake of them all. It is very good as a food sake for Japanese food, and goes well with white fish and vegetables. It is also good with sashimi!

This sake is sold by a united effort of breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. The sake store I visited had two varieties, Kochira and Tedorigawa. Hoping for the recovery😌. It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty.

Rabenten is not often seen at liquor stores, but since it was at a department store, I bought it. The Yamadanishiki sake was sold out, so I chose Dewa Sanzan. It is quite gorgeous and fruity. The second half is a little spicy, but it is easy to drink.

To close out the summer. Looking back on summer. Finding the Bentsen Natsu Ginjo After all, the Bentsen suits me. It is crisp and has an indescribable sweetness. I want to call it "Benten Umami", not "Japan Blue". Yamagata's local sake.
