It's my first time to drink Hiraizumi❗️ I've never had a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamahai 🤔. It doesn't have a fruity aroma❗️ Somewhat spicy aroma and taste😅 It's very unusual. I bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu. I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong. The top aroma is mild but fruity. As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it? It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake. A little too light for me? A little too light for me. After a few days, the dryness settles down.
