I heard from a junior colleague in Fukushima that this is the best one~⤴️ and I happened to run into it at the brewery, so I got it without hesitation. Light, refreshing, fruity🌸🍶✨. @Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

A gift from my brother at home the other day. It was chilly, so I paired it with pork shabu-shabu. It was a little high at 17%, so I tasted it slowly at first and then served it on the rocks in the latter half of the bottle. I enjoyed the mildness of the wine.

I've been making my way to restaurants with good service lately. Today they served me a fresh aged sake. Today is February 6. This is my first Kinkame. My first impression was that it was very good! Next, it has a strong umakuchi taste. The acidity at the end is good, just like Yamadataro. It is like a light kijoshu, and it is delicious. Shiga is nice.
