It was delicious 😋💕 I've always liked Snowball heated sake, so I'm looking forward to drinking it heated. "It's time to fill in the map at home, too. and Dora-chan brought out Miyoshikiku in Tokushima Prefecture❣️ I've tasted a few different kinds of sake at sake fairs, but this was my first time drinking it at home 😊🥂. but this was my first time drinking it at home. Sweet and delicious aroma. Slightly yellow in color In the mouth As soon as you feel the sweetness, there is a strong acidity. It is a bit bitter and sour. And the sourness and bitterness lingers in the aftertaste and finishes nicely. It is refreshing and crisp in the mouth. It goes well with fatty food. It was perfect for the grilled meat we had that day. On the second day, I drank it cold. The umami taste is expanding. The sweet umami and bitter acidity from the sweet and umami taste made it easier to drink than on the first day 😋. It is easier to drink than the first day 😋. It looks good heated up... 🍶. But you know what? But.... I think it needs a little more sweetness 😜.

つぶちゃんToday is the release day of Shinshu Kamerei Tanada Rice Hitogokochi is on sale 🐢. I went to the brewery again this year. At the brewery, there was a "glazed meal" prepared by a home cooking expert Miho Ohwashi, a home cookery researcher, made a "glossy meal" at the brewery. つぶちゃん3月14日　ホワイトデー💙 我が家は昨年に続き 🐢真里ラベルを開栓します✨🥂✨ 今年もドラちゃん、蔵元に行って来ました😆 昨年は喧嘩中で口を聞いていない時で 私に内緒で行っちゃったんですよね🤣 今年はね、私は仕事だったし 前日に上信越道での事故もあったので 無理して行かなくていいよって 言ったんだけどね‥ ドラちゃんの頑張りのお陰で 今年も飲めます😊💕 では いただきまーす😋🥂✨ 香りはうっすら吟醸香 口に含むと‥ フルーティーな甘旨酸♪ ちょっびり酸味が強めかな 軽くしゅわしゅわしていて とってもフレッシュ♪ 今年も美味しいですね〜🥰 温度が戻ってくると 甘味が増してきてさらに美味しい♡ 天ぷらと煮物と合わせて 美味しくいただいてます😋💕 気がついたら半分以上飲んじゃった！ 明日になればもっと甘味旨味が増すハズ❣️ 甘〜くなったら 信州亀齢のフィナンシェと合わせても 美味しく飲めそう🤭 明日も楽しみです😊 今年のラベルの絵も素敵✨

つぶちゃんOn an ordinary day 而今✨ I saw Shiri-chan's post about the Jikin Yamadanishiki she drank on Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day) and asked Dora-chan I asked Dora-chan, "Do you have Yamadanishiki at home?" I asked her. She said, "Yes! and she showed me ✨. I was looking like I wanted to drink it. He said, "I don't drink this one yet! If you want to drink it, there's an old one, so drink that one first." He said 🙄 (Is it still there?) And then And then, there was a 2 years old bottle of pure sake 😳. I wonder if it's okay... Anyway, I opened the bottle 🥂. Sweet aroma of ripe fruit and sourness. The taste is still the same. It's very mild and thick. It doesn't have a freshness to it, but it's still sweet and tasty. But it has a stable sweet and sour taste. Maybe it's over-aged... It tastes so rich 😂. On the second day The second day, the acidity became weaker and the sweetness became more pronounced 😂 Sweetness like an overripe fruit Sweetness like overripe fruit😅 I think it's over-ripened😅😅 I wanted to drink it while it was still fresh 💦.

Perfect balance of sweetness and acidity ❣️ It's so delicious😍! Shinshu Kamerei is my favorite 💕 It's so good from the moment the bottle is opened. The second and third day, the sweetness and umami taste increases 😋😋😋♪ I haven't had a Shinshu Kamerei in a long time ✨. I enjoyed it very much 🥰. We went out for lunch with 4 of my son's good friends from his childhood. We went to lunch for the first time in a while ❣️ ♡ʕ-̫͡-ʕ-̫͡-ʔ-̫͡-ʔ-̫͡-ʕ♡ We have known each other for 25 years🤗.
