Dora's inventory 🤣. The next one I brought out was Shinanotsuru Hatsushibori ❣️ Tsuruchu 😆. Cheers ✨🥂✨ Sweet and fruity aroma Sweet, tasty, sour and bitter all at once 〰︎ It spreads in the mouth. The aroma is very strong! Along with the aroma, there is a lingering sweetness and bitterness It is a feeling of being finished in a flash. It's delicious, but But when I drink it with a meal Aroma is a little too strong... It was the GRAVITY that was more enjoyable 😋.

On the palate Sourness and bitterness from sweetness and umami And lingering bitterness Mmm〰︎ bitter😵💦 But as you drink it But as I drink it... Maybe it's not so bitter... It's not so bitter... It's nice and clean 😘. It goes well with everything. I drank more and more 😋😋♪

Fill in the map 🗾 Now you're reaching: ❗️ The unfilled prefectures are Yamanashi and Oita. I was told that Oita's sake was ready. I thought I would have some Oita sake... "I found a small bottle, so I bought it..." said Dora 😄. Dora-chan said 😄. On Sunday the 7th Driving around the city in search of 🌸. To be precise, we were looking for 🌸 & 🍾 photo shooting location 🤣. Some places were close to the full bloom. But in Tochigi, it was just before the full bloom... I was running around to see what was happening over there 😜. I was running around 😜. I think this Nanaken bottle looks better with rape blossoms than cherry blossoms. I thought rape blossoms would be more suitable for this bottle of Nanaken than cherry blossoms. I tried to take a picture with rape blossoms 😊. Shichiken Honjozo ❣️ I'll take it at room temperature 🍶. Aroma with a hint of sourness It has a slight sweetness. But soon the umami flavor comes through. And strong alcohol taste from the bitterness. This is a good wine to be heated up! So I heated it up right away! No sweetness, but great umami. ‼︎ It goes well with any dish 😊. I preferred it better warmed up 😋.

Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024🌸Second meeting ③. Next, we had a drink that was a first for me! Ura-Gasanryu Kouka✨. This was ordered by Ars 😉. For the second round, we ordered 2 gos of each We all shared the drink 🍶. It was my first time to drink Gazan style. I guess the "back" style tastes completely different... Even for a honjozo, this one is light! It has a subtle sweetness. I think I could drink it easily and refreshingly.... I feel like I could drink it without hesitation 🤣. Nanoha & Higu's Nanoha & Higu's future plans for sake travel I had a great time 🎶🎶.

Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024🌸 2nd meeting (2) The next drink was Asahi Ei🍶. It's a sake from my town ✨. It's so close to where I live. On the contrary, I haven't been able to drink much of it so it was nice to have it here 😊. I'm glad I got to drink it here 😊. Fresh melon-like aroma. Slightly sweet and tasty It has a mild and gentle taste And a clean and pleasant sharpness Delicious!

Today I went to Tokyo with my daughter 🚃. I went to Tokyo with my daughter for a school information session. I went to Tokyo with my daughter 😄 On the way back, we went to Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station I bought some delicious 🍊Doburoku at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station on the way back 😄❣️ I thought about drinking it on the train ❓ I thought about drinking it on the train, but I just took a picture 😜. I opened the bottle as soon as I got home 🤣. It's sweet and sour and delicious 🍊😋👍 This one will kill you in the blink of an eye 💕. My daughter took me here and there... Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya... We walked and walked🐾. Next time I go there I want to have a drink somewhere 😄🍶.

Tochigi Prefectural Assembly 2024🌸⑩ The 10th glass was a Tochigi Kenmin Kai favorite Ona Super Dry Junmai Sake🍶. The mouthfeel is soft and You can feel the umami of the rice The taste is full and rich. It has a clean finish. I enjoy it every time I drink it. We changed seats by lottery. And.... Tochigi Kenmin Kai 2024🌸⑧ 8th drink Another awesome drink is on the table: ‼️ I can't stop squealing with delight 😆🙌 What a Shinmasa Purple Yatagata💜! I've never seen this before 👀😆🙌 Unlike the regular kijoshu. This is a kijoshu brewed with "Yonotori" from the previous season. In other words, it's a kijoshu made with kijoshu brewed with the previous season's "Yonotori". It's called "Re-finishing kijoshu" ‼️ (Just hearing that is amazing 😳) I thought it would be extremely sweet. But it's rather refreshing! From the brown sugar and ripe citrus sweetness sourness with a hint of lemon🍋, it's light and refreshing. The purple yatagata💜 was poured into the cup little by little. I savored it carefully and carefully, little by little 😋. The teacher! （Thank you very much!) Thank you for the food ☺️♡ The next day I went home and reported it to Dora-chan! Dora-chan also said 😆👍 "That's awesome ❗️"!

Tochigi Kenmin Kai 2024🌸⑦ The 7th drink was What a great sake! ‼️ A National New Sake Competition award-winning sake✨! It's a brew by Senkori ❣️ I was lucky enough to have it at the Tochigi booth at last year's Sake Fair. I was lucky enough to have it at the Tochigi Prefecture booth at last year's Sake Fair. I never thought I would be able to drink it again 🥰. A handsome assemblage of Kame-no-o, Omachi and Yamadanishiki. It is a little bit different from other Sengoku's 🤭. Mild on the palate Gentle sweetness and umami Gentle sweetness and umami, with a lingering acidity It finishes with a gentle acidity. Very graceful and elegant✨ The Kenmin-kai was filled with a happy atmosphere ๑̵˃˃.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai 2024🌸⑥⑥ The 6th drink was Jay & Nobby's drop-in ❣️ It's Yamori🦎🍶. Yamori is a sake I've always wanted to try! J&N bought it for us in Tokyo ♡! What's more! It's a rare sake that is a blend of "Arahashiri" and "Bamame" ✨. Waiting for everyone to finish pouring I'll be back for more 🥂😋♪♪ Slightly sweet and refreshing aroma The moment you put it in your mouth, it's sweet The moment you put it in your mouth, it's sweet and tasty, and then it goes down smoothly. It's delicious 🤗 Thank you for the food 💕☺️

Tochigi Prefectural Assembly 2024🌸④. The fourth drink is Kenkunichi 🍶. When this comes up, everyone can't read it 😂. How to remember? Jay says "Kinkonkan" 🤣 Ars says "health first" 🤣. Piro-san arrived around here as I recall! Second toast 🥂✨ When you hear it's super dry, you might be a little prepared. But when I drank it, I found a slight sweetness strong acidity from the umami, and it's refreshing! It's a good feeling👍

Tochigi Prefectural Assembly 2024🌸③. The third glass is Asahi Koki dry sake. It is a Tochigi sake 🍶. Sweet and tasty, gentle and refreshing on the palate. Very easy to drink 😋. The third picture... This is a happi coat that Nanoha prepared for Higu. Nanoha prepared this happi coat for Mr. Higu✨. When Mr. Higu participated in the National Sake Tasting Competition last year, Tochigi Prefecture was the only prefecture without a happi coat.
