I went to Sake-Colle @ Akiba again this year🤗.
The event hall was crowded with quite a few people.
We lined up in line at each brewery and had a little bit of each 😋.

This is my first sake.
Might be sweet for a Ginpu 🤔.
It is sweet like an aged pear 🍐.
But there is an astringent taste at the end which I think is like Ginpu 🤗.
Akagisan
Soft sweetness and classic taste that comes suddenly.
It is a well-balanced sake that you will never get tired of drinking 🍶.
Tamanomitsu
TAMA 🐈.
It tastes like a refreshing lemon🍋.
It is fresh and easy to drink 😚.
Shinshin SY has been making weekly business trips to Hokkaido, but he will be moving to the Sapporo base by himself starting in November, so Beksan and I had a send-off party tonight.
We started with Hokkaido hiyaoroshi. By the way, this restaurant has an unusual atmosphere.

The day after Onsen, we went to Nakayama Pass 🚗³₃ before heading to Sapporo for a guessing game.

After a short (about 10 minutes) sightseeing tour of Otaru, I went to 😋 for my "guessing game",
I'm going to go back to Otaru to enjoy my life.
I had already experienced the Sapporo Dome two years ago!
Successfully made a smooth trip to and from the venue without being overwhelmed by the crowds: ✌️
However, due to our seats near the stage, we were the last to leave the venue 😭.
Thanks to that, we couldn't make it in time for drinks after the show, so we ended up drinking at the hotel 😅...
We were served a bottle of Hokusetsu-no-Kura🍶, which is brewed by Godo Shusei in Asahikawa and sold by Oenon Group, the Tokyo-based company.
At first, I thought it was a spicy and refreshing sake, but then the umami taste started to come in slowly. ❣️
The taste gradually becomes addictive 💕😋😋.
I enjoyed the guess life enough, so it was a satisfying Hokkaido 🎶.
The aroma of ginjo is faint on the palate. It has a sour taste on the palate, but it is firm and goes well with strong flavored meals.
The name "Ginjo" comes from the fact that it is made from 100% Hokkaido sake rice, Ginpu.
The second drink at Hotaru was a 🍶 made with Taisetsu no Kura, Hokkaido's Ginpu, produced at Godo Shusei's Asahikawa plant.
The aroma is mild. It has a clean mouthfeel with a clear sweet umami flavor. From there, it is a delicious sake with a crisp acidity and a good balance ✨ This is easy to drink ✨.
The next day we leave early in the morning, so after this, when I think of Obihiro, I think of Indian curry (not Osaka's Indian curry!). ) and back to the hotel by 9pm😅.
The next morning we were lucky enough to see the sea of clouds in Tomamu on a clear day 😆.

I only did 3 rounds at the racecourse 😅I had to eat and drink a lot of local food for now, but I had to drive the next day, so time passed in a hurry 😅I didn't use my luck at the racecourse, I used it at the sea of clouds 😉.
