Today we participated in Sendai's Sake Fest😄First we had a junmai daiginjo of Tsururei, a sake that is rarely drunk (^o^). The aroma is fruity, like apples and peaches! When you drink it, it is fruity and sweet! The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink! It feels like it is carefully made😄It is very easy to drink and good feeling(^o^)

Today I bought a sake that I purchased on my trip to Nagano Prefecture last year and found out that it is also sold in Fukushima, which was delicious! Cotton Candy (^o^) The aroma is muscat and green apple! Aroma: Muscat and green apple! The taste is sweet and slightly carbonated! From there, the acidity comes and goes! It has a wine-like feeling, but also a rice-like feeling like sake! It is easy to drink with low alcohol content. I think it's a taste that everyone likes!

I've been trying to figure out when to drink it since I bought it 😄 and now it's time to drink it 😅The aroma is apple caproic acid! It's a very sweet wine. The taste is very sweet, but then comes the sourness and bitterness! The aftertaste is firm and typical of Yamadanishiki. The finish is sweet and finishes off with a bitter bitterness. A well-balanced and delicious sake! The initial sweetness is so strong that I personally think it is better on its own! It may be a good choice as a food sake😅.

Today, my family gathered to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary 😄and I wanted to commemorate the occasion with a bottle of Jikin! I was actually thinking of getting the Shinmasa, but the shopkeeper told me that this Jikin was definitely delicious, so I bought this one! The aroma was a little sweet, like apple or peach comfort, and it smelled like it was going to be good! In the mouth, the sweetness is just right and the umami is strong! The bitterness comes in moderately and there is a strong aftertaste. The bitterness comes in moderately well and the aftertaste is firm. However, it is not too rich nor too sweet, but well-balanced and delicious sake! A sake that you want to drink forever and never get tired of drinking 🍶. I was deeply impressed by this precious sake!

Today is my first time to drink Shirataka (^o^) Shirataka is the sake with the Tigers label (lol)! (It was also featured in Danchu.) I was told that it is good for hot sake, so I bought a bottle! The aroma is sweet like caramel and also like blue cheese! When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness, then the bitterness and umami! The bitter and umami flavors come through! The aftertaste is heavy, but it's not heavy at all. I thought it would be heavier when heated, but it's not! This is a sake that overturns the concept of hot sake as well 🍶.

I've had a lot of Yoshidagura II, but this is the first time I've had it! It also has a sense of rice. It is carbonated with almost no sweetness! Today, my brother brought me handmade chashu pork, and I had to drink it! I took out a bottle of Ona's Orikarami! The aroma is mild but has a melon and rice flavor. Well, today is my favorite Ona's 😄 this time it's a non-pressurized pressing! The sake rice is Gin-no-sato and I'm having it for the first time 😊 with high expectations. The aroma is mild with a hint of apple and melon. When you drink it, the sweetness comes quickly followed by umami. Then there is a slightly stronger sourness and bitterness! From there, the alcohol taste comes to the throat and wears off. It is sweet at first, but it finishes off! The overall flavor is rich and mellow. It also has the original taste of sake. It is probably due to the fact that it is unpasteurized! If you drink it as a food sake, you can feel more sweetness! Delicious.

A friend gave me this 😄Cups of sake at Cardi's too! First of all, the cat patterned cup is cute! The aroma is junmai ginjo, but the flavor is mild and has a ricey feel to it. The taste is crisp and clean. If you heat it up a little, the umami flavor comes out, and I think I prefer it this way. The previous Tetorigawa is junmai but has a fruity flavor, while this is junmai ginjo but the aroma is mild! Maybe the difference is due to the sake mother 😊 Sake is deep!

One of my guesses today, Tetorigawa (^o^), today is Spring Junmai😄Kotori-san also drank it, and I took a look at the review! Today's Shinshu Kamerei (^o^)This is actually a sake I got through crowdfunding! Hitotogochi produced in Tozawa! This time, I participated in a crowdfunding campaign to support the production of sake rice in Tozawa. This sake is made using idle farmland in the Tozawa area. The land is used not only for sake rice production, but also for making straw horses with straw, which is called "Neji Event! They are making the most of everything. I want to support this kind of community, especially if it is Shinshu Kamerei (lol). Well, the aroma is like muscat and melon! The taste is sweeter than usual Kamerei. There is a slight carbonation. The sourness, bitterness, and umami come from there, and the aftertaste is refreshing (^o^)This is Kamerei! And today, we had a Zoom drinking session with the people who actually grow the rice and the secretariat! It's even better when you drink while learning about their thoughts. Today, it is a limited edition for the leap year of the central government! It is made with 30% Yamadanishiki polished in Fukuro-hashidare. It is a sake at the level of a competition! Surprisingly first time? I'm going to have a cup of Minimuro Sugi (^o^) Hana Kyun! The aroma is like melon and peach🍈🍑and there is also a hint of fresh powder! When you drink it, it has sweetness and a slight carbonation! The umami that is typical of Omachi also comes from there, and the acidity and bitterness are moderate. The aftertaste is firm, but the slight carbonation gives it a nice sharpness. The spring-like label makes you feel spring, and when you drink it, you will be in the full bloom of spring with its sweet and sour taste and bitterness! It is well balanced and does not interfere with meals. It goes well with even bitter spring foods! I'm squeamish (lol).

First Tenbi since that toji quit (^o^) I've liked Momoten for a long time! Last year's review said "refreshing sourness and moderate bitterness". Now, this time! The aroma is mild, but also has a Muscat-like flavor that is typical of Tenbi. When you drink it, it is slightly carbonated with little sweetness. The bitterness comes in and finishes off nicely. The bitterness is stronger than last year. The bitterness is not good with butterbur miso, as it emphasizes the bitterness. But with butterbur tempura, it has a refreshing effect and the sweetness comes out well. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink! The Amami flavor is still there and tasty!
