Today I'm having a barbecue at home with my family 😄 so I thought I'd share this with you! This is the first time I've had Tou-san! Original from Gonoi Sake Shop! Great expectations!
The aroma is mild, banana and ricey. The taste is sweet and slightly carbonated! The taste is sweet with a slight carbonation, then sour with a hint of bitterness and a strong aftertaste. It is a sake that will not be overpowered by meat or saury! The best when mixed with Ori (bitter orange juice) 😊The umami is even better and tastier! It's been a while since I've had Ori sake, but it's the best I've had in a long time.
