Yesterday. I couldn't believe it because I didn't think it was me, but my boss told me to give myself a pat on the back at least for today, and I was thankful for that. I was also happy to receive flowers from my workplace. I really don't get flowers often!
So I rewarded myself with a nice bottle of sake! This is Yumemizuho from Shinshu Kamerei! This Yumemizuho is brewed in Shinshu Kamerei with rice grown by a contract farmer of the Kazuma Sake Brewery who suffered from the disaster!
The aroma is mild and slightly banana-like, unlike the usual Kamerei! When you drink it, it is much drier and slightly carbonated! The bitterness, acidity, and umami are then felt, and the sharpness is good. It is a fusion of modern and classic sake. It is deeply delicious. You can drink this sake while pondering about Noto, thinking about yourself, and so on.
