It was a while ago! I was in Ibaraki for the Bon Festival😊There were many sake that looked good, including Morishima, but I had to go around the next day... So I bought this Matsumori, which was labeled as dry, and had it!
The aroma is like banana and bamboo. The aroma is like banana and bamboo, with a hint of cheese. When you drink it, the sweetness is mild and the bitterness comes with a nice sharp taste. I don't dislike this sharp taste 😊.
On the second day, the aroma and overall flavor is more subdued, and it can be drunk quietly! It can also be served as heated sake!
