This time, I was given this sake by a person at work when I received an award the other day! First of all, I was very impressed with the Loman Junmai Daiginjo-shu😄I don't usually buy such good sake for myself! I sometimes drink Romain when we go out for drinks, but this is the first time I've had a good time drinking it like this 😄.
The rice is Fukushima's sake rice, Fukunoka, and the yeast is "Utsukushima Yume Yeast". The yeast is "Utsukushima Yume Yeast" and the sake is made with Loman's unique four-stage glutinous rice brewing process! How can it not be good!
The aroma is sweet, with a hint of apple and melon! When you drink it, the sweetness is beautiful, followed by umami, and finally a clean finish. It is not a spectacular sake. Junmai Daiginjyo is delicious at first, but I was expecting to get tired of drinking it, but I never get tired of drinking this one. You can drink it all the time 😄.
