I love Oyomori😊I bought it online last time and this time I received a flyer. I bought a limited edition sake from them and bought it right away! This one is Junmai Ginjo Autumn Agari😄Absolutely delicious!
The aroma is mild and has a ricey feel. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and a rich umami. The aftertaste is clean and crisp with just the right amount of acidity and bitterness! It's good 😄 It has more umami than the usual Oyomori, and it's like it's the end of autumn! It is delicious! It is well-balanced and has a good umami!
