This was yesterday! I was talking about my love of sake at work and my boss said "just the thing" and brought me this. Actually, it seems that this was given to me by someone at work, and my boss got it and gave it to me 😄When I asked who got it, my boss laughed and didn't tell me, saying "I might not be able to taste it if I ask that" (I think it was our director or something😅).
Anyway, I'll have to drink it soon and tell you what I think of it! My favorite sake, Shijikizuru! It's also sake sake! It's a high-class sake! I wonder if the director gave it to me after all😅.
So, I thankfully took it. The aroma is mild apple! A little greenish, but overall mild. When you drink it, it is really free of any cloying taste, but there is some bitterness at the end and some chili that seems to be added alcohol. The aftertaste is clear and clear! It is easy to drink. I enjoy it with the feeling that it is a delicious sake after all!
I never thought that a conversation about sake at work would turn out like this (laugh) 😄 I guess I should try saying so.

Jay & Nobby Good evening! It's important to promote yourself (laughs). The Director is actually a wine guy! So, I sometimes get sake that I received as a year-end gift, or sometimes in the year-end party raffle! In the past, we've even had a bottle of Jyushiyo (laugh).
